Beautiful property in an excellent location & spotlessly clean.

We had a few problems with Wi-Fi after the recent thunderstorms, but that was out of the control of the property, and concierge Pedro did his best to get us sorted out; not a problem as 4G reception was pretty good anyway.

Very central location in the old town, but good double glazing in bedroom means totally quiet (not that the town was ever noisy while we were there!) Lovely sunny roof terrace (sun-umbrella there if needed), with a view to the sea. Very high spec kitchen and bathroom. Exceptionally clean and well-presented apartment in an historic building, with beautiful old wooden staircases and windows renovated to very high standard, and with all modern conveniences. Local shops including a good Spar meant getting supplies was easy, and plenty of bars and restaurants within a minute or two's walk. Found free street-parking just a few minutes' walk away. We were able to watch one of the Santa Semana parades from the terrace, as it passed by on the cobbled street below!

We liked everything about the property , it was amazing with a fabulous roof terrace with sunbeds , table & chairs . Located in the centre of the town surrounded by shops, cafes & restaurants and a short walk to the beach . The property was spotless , excellent condition and well equipped with everything you need for your stay .

Inexplicably, there is no door on the bathroom, which is not great for privacy, especially if someone is using the small lounge area (which leads to the bathroom) as a bedroom. There is only a tiny table in the compact kitchen, though you can eat on the roof terrace as long as it's not raining.

Really nice and spacious apartment in an excellent location, two minutes from the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The roof terrace was beautiful, with sun loungers and a dining table. Lots of very thoughtful touches provided, such as beach towels. Pedro welcomed us in person, which was appreciated.

Parking is difficult.

Spacious apartment, however, the ceiling in the bed room is rather low, so we felt a bit "vertically condensed". On the other hand our apartment had the roof top terrace which was wonderful and relaxing and with a beautiful view. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The beach is within walking distance, so we could easily have a quick morning swim and return without need of having a lot of stuff to carry with us. It is also well located in the city center with restaurants and shops. Very nice apartment owner.

Soundprooding was poor between apartments although earplugs were used. Extra bed or sofa bed would have been perfect.

Pedro met us at the property. Perfect introduction to the location and surrounding restaurants. The apartments (we rented two) are beautiful; being in a historic building which is tastefully renovated and decorated, some of the rooms had to adapt to the structure and not vice versa. As other visitors have observed, the showers/bathrooms are integrated in the apartment (no doors) and the bedroom in the top-floor apartment with a wonderful roof-top terrace has a rather low ceiling, as often seen in historic houses. For us, this added to the charm of the room. The location of the suites is perfect, in the middle of the historic center, but still quiet and with windows that keep off noise if needed. Restaurants, grocery stores and the market are around the corner. The apartments are very clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen well equipped.

I can’t really say anything bad, only we thought we would have a roof terrace, make sure when you book you choose the apartment with the terrace!

A beautiful historic building in the old town of Santa Cruz. The apartment was well maintained to a very high standard. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The roof terrace was perfect! The host Pedro was very nice and provided great recombination around the town. We will be back!

There was nothing not to like, but because of all the stairs this place is not for everybody. Also the very low ceiling of the bedroom could be a problem for tall people.

The apartment was wonderful, really characterful and decorated to a very high standard. The location was fantastic and the roof terrace was the perfect place to relax in the sun and soak up the atmosphere of the town.

There was very little - you do have to be careful not to bump your head on low ceilings and there are lots of steps up and down into different rooms - but there is nothing that can be done about that! I found the base of the shower cubicle to be really quite slippery, but my husband thought it was fine.

The apartment is beautiful and has been brought up-to-date very well. We hoped the weather would be good enough to be able to enjoy the roof terrace - and it was - we had breakfast on the roof most mornings. Fantastic views up there. This apartment being high up meant that it was lovely and peaceful at night. The location is excellent - so close to restaurants and shops. If it's warm enough to swim in the sea- it is very close by. Too cold for us at the time though.

Great location! Just in the very center of old city. Close to everything. Historical renovated house. Parking is in 5 min walk. Everything in apartment is new and very stylish. Well equipped if you prefer to cook in. Smart tv that allows to watch any program and music. I will recommend this suites to all coming in Palma and definitely come again!

It can be a bit noisy at times, but it is to be expected to be able to stay in the very centre of the town.

It is my second time in one of Rosa's apartments and like the other one, this is stunning. The design on the apartment is beautiful and it has every detail needed. On top of that, Rosa makes the experience better if possible, by always worrying on the needs of her clients. Clearly recommended!!

It can be noisy at times during the night, but it is something to be expected as it is situated in the very center of the town.

This place is just stunning! A traditional house has been renovated beautifuly and every detail has been taken care of. The terrace is amazing! On top of all that, Rosa and her husband are the nicest people ever, thinking all the time of the needs of their guests. Clearly recommended!
