Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe bed was a little hard... but not every bed is perfect! We had dinner and the chicken had so little meat it was almost a vegan! Though the price was good.
Staff were lovely - especially Diana who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and tell us the great places to see in Tarragona. The hotel coffee was good and the pasteries, but the staff really made the place great.

SpainWe have been using this Hotel for many years. This time we were a little disappointed that the Television was only available in Spanish. We always enjoyed being able to keep up with the news in English. We also had an unfortunate incident which we have never experienced before. We had checked in unpacked and decided to take a rest and we were both lying down when the door opened and another guest arrived in and claimed that this was her room. The matter was only resolved by the intervention of the Manager and Staff at front desk. But still worrying that with electronic keys devices that two guests can access a room, we could have lost valuables.
It is well located for travellers coming and leaving Spain.

United KingdomWe didn’t realise how difficult it is to get to the centre of Tarragona, as the transport links aren’t the best and you can’t really walk there as it would have to be through a motorway. If you are travelling by car or don’t mind getting taxis all the time, then it’s not a problem. Prices for food and drinks at the bar are way above average compare to many hotels we’ve stayed in. However, there is a Lidl 1 min walk away from the hotel, so I would recommend going there for some snacks and drinks if you want to save some money.
Bright and spacious rooms, with very helpful and lovely staff. It has a little pool with a very nice outside terrace, great to sit in good weather.
