Food quality could definitely use improvement and there was a charge to have a Safe in your room.

Overall a great property with very kind and helpful staff. Food quantity/options were good, but food quality could use some improvement. Beds were very comfortable with a beautiful view, and excellent location! Also, loved that they had hand sanitizer throughout the property!

If There was 2 things I would change it would be a free in room safe , but was only a small charge and not as much fish on menu , sorry don’t like fish

Excellent location, very clean, helpful, close to beach, shops, staff was fantastic especially the entertainment team encouraging all to get involved and they worked had day and night. very good room pool was good , snack bar very nice good choices alcohol prices for All inclusive customers due to local law was vey good , looking forward to returning next year 😎

The All inclusive does not include alcoholic drinks outside the restaurant. You have to pay for drinks, but they seems not strong enough.

The food is excellent, very tasty with a great variety of choices. The hotel is 10 minutes walking to Palmanova beach and 25 minutes to Magaluf beach, both beaches are beautiful.

There was no place to park the car even for a minute during the check-in process. The man at the front desk did not give us any instructions / help in finding a place to park. They must clearly mention in their website, "NO PARKING or PAID PARKING available anywhere near the premises".

Breakfast was fabulous. Quite a spread. The rooms were awesome, clean, modern, bright and well lit hallways. Even though the city is full of smokers, I could not smell anything inside the hotel.

It would’ve been nice to have wine and beer/local spirits available in the AI option at the pool bar but I understand how this could be abused.

Because it’s a family hotel would be nice when you book rooms to be next to each other and on a floor where there are no family or elderly people as young people we make noise

Noisy cleaner waking us up every morning at 7.30 shouting and gossiping, !!Not on we want on holiday. Entertainment very poor and animation guy annoying ,to loud .

I was told no floaties in the pool within 10 minutes of arriving. I had just paid 35 euros for them. I spoke to the manager who eventually allowed us to have them. At first the manager said it was a law but i believe it was because they only had 1 lifeguard to watch over 3 pools which is inadequate. I was only told by a member of staff that the pools are full of floaties in the summer months. Apart from this issue at 1st everything went well after.

For the price paid the food needs to get better, breakfast it’s pretty good, launch and dinner I would rate 5/10 Limited options and the food itself it’s not the best. I’ve been in the area a year ago in a different hotel much closest to the beach and the food options were amazing. So when I book this one I thought it would be the same type of food. Me and daughter kept eating the same most of the nights at dinner and launch.

Walking distance from palmanova beach and Magaluf. The hotel is nice, the staff entertainment guy I forgot his name is Amazing , bubbly and very funny.

While I was staying there I bet all the children in the world younger than 6 were there in the hotel. It is a family oriented hotel, peace and quiet was hard to find during meals and especially in the evening due to the shows put on for the youngsters. If your main goal is to stay in an enjoy the services of a hotel, but you do not have children, this might not be the most convenient place to stay for you.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the helpful staff, the small fridge in the room, the bed was comfortable, the en suite bathroom was well equipped. Nice location, though it is up on the slope of a hill. The varierty of the dinner I liked very much, though it is mostly focused on visitord from the British Isles.

Fantastic kids club during the day and the mini disco was great on an evening. Facilities were great. Plenty of space (use of 3 pools) you could go between them to keep the children entertained. Food was amazing, there were options for everyone and it tasted great too.
