Beds were very uncomfortable in our family room, the single bed was hard as a rock. I had back ache for over a week following our stay. A.C didnt work in our room. Lots of stags and hens but unavoidable being so close to Magaluf.

Perfect family hotel, water park was excellent for kids. Good location 5 minutes walk to the beach. Food was decent plenty of selection and variety. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly

noise in the rooms on the first floor during evening programs, as if you were not going to bed, but were present on the stage. the water in the shower is constantly changeable, then cold then boiling water. the daughter was burned in the soul and we ourselves. there was not enough hot milk at breakfast, for lack of it we had to heat it in the microwave and there was a long queue there. and personally, we didn’t have enough normal black coffee for breakfast, not sweet from a machine or soluble in a can. but in the bar for the money the coffee is very good.

The bar lobby is very nice. the staff is great everywhere, both at the reception and in the restaurant and in the lobby, everyone left only a pleasant impression. Dinners were decent too. the location is convenient.

we were given a wrong room, not what we booked and the guy was not even trying to find us anything else. was told that we booed this room until i pointed out that our friends who booked the sae type of rom have very different accommodations. after that we were given the same room as our friend pretty quickly but it was a bit of unpleasant to go through and proving that they were wrong….

Not a problem for us but be aware that local rules mean that you can only have a few alcoholic drinks with meals, outside of these times the drinks are heavily discounted however.

Modern and comfortable rooms All of the staff were excellent Very well kept Lots of food options and service staff brilliant The hill mentioned negatively in lots of the reviews is really not that bad at all A popular hotel but no delays in getting service Great bus connection from the airport too, just jump on the A11 bus - takes contactless payment. Palma city is beautiful too if you fancy a day trip out - easy to get there in abput 40 mins on the bus (A14) Excellent value for money hotel.

The all inclusive food was very bland, breakfast was good but lunch and dinner were very poor nothing had any flavour. The hotel is located on a hill so might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The poolside entertainment was very loud and annoying but thankfully only lasted for an hour

The staff were very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The rooms were reasonably clean, just could have done with some dusting. The location was quite good, just a few minutes walk from the beach.

It is extremely noisy in the entire hotel. During mealtime acoustics of the dining hall and screaming children do not let you enjoy a nice meal. Even in the rooms it is very noisy at times - the walls are thin and you hear that your neighbors are talking (and kids screaming). Even at night/early morning if there are guests in the hallways who talk loudly and you can hear them due to lack of insulation of the doors. The corridors are with tiles and you hear people walking outside your room (and even some cleaning crews were pushing, rather than carrying, their buckets across the floor). If you are looking for a rest and to enjoy some quiet this is definitely not the hotel to choose. The quietest and most relaxing place in the hotel is the pool (where music is played throughout the day). Wi-Fi is terrible, practically useless in the rooms. It is astounding that this is possible in 2022. Email checking is very difficult, browsing/streaming – impossible. Huge disappointement. Coffee offered at the coffee machines during breakfast is very, very bad, unfortunately. They have a nice espresso machine in the lobby bar (and the espresso there is very reasonably priced). Some food offered during breakfast and dinner are of low quality (especially desserts and some meats at dinner), but the buffet is very rich and there was always something nice to eat. There should be more fresh fruit/vegetables during breakfast and dinner. No toiletries were offered (just soap and shampoo/body wash from a dispenser) and the bathroom towels are worn and have seen lots of use.

The room and the entire hotel were exceptionally clean. Staff is mostly friendly (Jose at reception desk is especially friendly and helpful, offering advice from personal experience). We were given tips on tours around the island and help with renitng a car - a very quick and smooth process. Hotel overall is nice and tidy. Room is new and feels fresh (although a bit cramped). The balcony is comforatble and there are tall concrete walls between balconies, allowing you to enjoy some privacy from your neighbors. Pool is cleaned every day (althoug water was too cold). Breakfast and dinner buffets are very rich and with lots of variety. Tastewise, breakfast is good, while dinner was clearly better. Bed was comfortable, albeit too small (ca. 150cm I would guess). Bathroom is nice and comfortable too. Cleaning crew is quick and efficient with cleaning the room during the stay.

The walls are paper thin and you could hear guests on the corridor. The cocktails and coffee were really bad.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and the food is good, there is lots of choice. The room was very spacious (4 people) and the bathroom was beautiful.

Other hotel guests putting their towels on sunbeds very early, I don’t think this should be allowed. Also the sunbeds were cramped very close together with no room to get off either side only from the bottom. Just a bit awkward. We spent most of our time at the beach just down the road. The coffee was terrible, we bought coffee out whilst we there and fruit juices from the machine weren’t very nice either, tasted very watered down and bitter. The air conditioner in the room was not as powerful as I would have liked but it was sufficient.
