With the exception of the staff at the bar, A lot of times I got an I don’t know for an answer for simple questions, which is fine, but I didn’t see any effort on trying to find out the answer. The swimming pools open a bit too late at 10am, same for the Spa (which closed 10 min the advertised time one day) There are minor bits that makes the all inclusive feels not all inclusive, such as one bar closing at midnight but the all inclusive drinks ending at 11:30 pm, why not bake that extra half an hour in the actual price? it will make it feel it like a real all inclusive, the other one is parking, not included also

The animation team is class, plenty of activities and they are lovely. Kudos to Vanessa :) There is always a place to get food and drinks

The breakfast was superb. Variety and quality is excellent.

We thought the pool could of opened earlier and stayed opened longer, and more sun beds made available has I didn’t like queuing an hour before it opened just to get a sun bed !!, more entertainment in the outside bar area, and more detailed instructions on arrival about where things are and where to find them.

Loved the pool over looking the sea and the adult only area. The room we had was very spacious.

Too loud music and late activies so no chance to enjoy sitting in quiet on balcony or room if you are on lower floors.

I can honestly say that this stay was everything we wanted. The reason for our visit was to meet up with our son and his family who live in Belamedina and our second time staying at this lovely hotel. We loved the location, hotel room,view and very welcoming staff. We will be back!!

lifts are very small, do not fit many people with a buggy. often waiting 10 minutes to get from first floor to ground floor. extra lift from ground floor to food area. long queues for the bar some nights. had to queue up every morning until 10am for sun beds. very late time to open areas, especially kids area.

We were on the 10th floor and the pool was ‐2 so getting the lifts was sometimes a bit time consuming.

The location was good, nice to overlook the sea. The beds were comfortable and the maid service was excellent, the lady was very friendly.

Food was really good and varied daily. The adult-only pool area was excellent and peaceful. The hotel area is really big and clean 👌🏼 One day it rained so we tried the spa area which was really relaxing experience. The saunas were great. Overall, the hotel was very good and I will definitely come again!

Entertainment wasn’t great but it was off season and mid week.

This was booked for my birthday and the hotel gave us a free upgrade, also a bottle off Cava. Lovely Spa that was included in the room rate, which is unusual on the Costa Del Sol. Good food in the restaurant and a reasonable selection for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in this hotel before and always very good standard.

Wish they could take cash at the bar especially when the kids wanted crisps etc and wanted to spend their own money.

Bar could be better organised and bigger. Entertainment shouldn't be in the basement. Should be nearer to bar area.

Breakfast was excellent. Buffet for lunch and dinner excellent too. Access to public transport brilliant.
