We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PortugalWe arrived at the hotel at 2 am and we were planning to wake up at 9 am, but the courtins did nothing to get the sun out of the room. The room is as bright as sleeping in the street... It is unbelievable that a 150€ hotel doesn't allow you to sleep after 6 am because of the sun... We also lost an item in the room and the staff nothing did to try to get it back...We called 4 consecutive days and they didn't even search. Wouldn't recommend.

United KingdomThe price for the room was quite a lot, especially being a Travelodge. I understand that demand and prices increase over the period of time when an event is being held nearby, but it was somewhat expensive for what was provided.
The location for visiting an exhibition at FIRA Barcelona was perfect. The rooms were very well presented and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and they even provided a special breakfast for my colleague who is vegan.

I recently stayed at a Travelodge Barcelona Fira that was great! The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The area was nice and quiet, which was a plus. The price was competitive compared to Airbnb.
