The only two problems that we faced during our stay (at the end of February) was that the room was a little cool (the heater + A/C could not warm the room enough) and, when using the electric kettle, the fuses went off and everything plugged in switched off. It was easy enough to re-activate them from the hallway just outside the door.

The host met us at check-in and a nice surprise was waiting for us in the form of juice, milk and beer in the fridge, coffee and breakfast for a couple of days. The kitchen had everything you need and more.

Communication worked fine but sometimes a bit slow. Neighbors bit noisy (but not extreme). All was very quite between 11pm and 8am.

The shower was the worst thing about the apartment as it is quite small and has no shelves to put anything down. And the shower hose is leaking everywhere, which was quite annoying. The kitchen could use a rag and some basics like oil, salt, pepper ... There was a broken cabinet door hanging down, which could at least have been removed. The air conditioner makes noise and there is constantly something falling out of it.

The location is perfect for exploring the city. Overall the apartment is quite nice and bright. The lady that met us was very nice and informative.

The apartment is really nice, spacious and well-equipped with all we needed. There were even foods and drinks in the fridge and full bathroom kits for us. The location of the apartment is also very convenient to explore Valencia.

Everything was clean and well equipped. Its located perfect you are directly in the city and within a 2 minute walk at the train station. The owner is very very friendly and helpful. A bit pricey for what you get. The toilet has only a thin sliding door to separate it from the bedroom/living area so make sure you're sharing with someone you're 100% comfortable with as little privacy. Only one small mirror in toilet.

The low point was the contact with the host on arrival who did not know which property I will stay in. I had to call in a couple of times and the man on the line was rude. The host who was handing over the keys was a very nice lady. Perhaps, a number of text the arrival time and any changes directly with the host who handed over the keys would have been a better way.

There are a number of minor renovations, but nothing that will detract from your stay

The location of the apartment is excellent, it is located near a metro station and within walking distance to the center and shops. It has everything you need for a normal experience. The hostess is kind and responsive. What other people write about the steps to the apartment, yes there are steps, the apartment is on the third floor, but if you are not very mobile there should be no problem. Personally, we had a very good time and recommend. It is quiet and peaceful.
