When in your room, you could hear people in the corridor and the closing of bedroom doors

The staff were very attentive and helpful and the location was very good on the route to Santander.

Don't be put off by the garish modern outside, inside it has a contemporary but traditional look and feel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and good friendly service from all the staff. The bar/restaurant is more in keeping with the modern outside look. The breakfast was good and having ate dinner their the food was good quality, simple "diner" style. Recommended.

Language translation can be tricky, this can be fun 😂

This is our 3rd stay, we have already booked at hotel for our return journey. Good position, accessible from motorway, easy journey, plenty of bars for relaxing. Not many English visitors.

The car park was absolutely terrible underground was via a very very steep ramp my car All dragged underneath, when inside its got lots of pillars which was almost impossible to manoeuvre, the lights kept going off we were in pitch black, there was no hot water for a shower after a 10 hour drive, had to wait until morning, it said uk tv channel was 44 there was not uk tv

Very poor, hard stale bread, only choice was stale bread or small piece of tortilla all in all disgusting

I was expecting a buffet, but rather breakfast was at the hotel café. I felt I overpaid for the breakfast.

Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Hotel stayers received a 10% off.

Restaurant opening time was a little later than others in Spain but it was not "a deal breaker"!

The refurbishment that has occurred in rooms is first class. All done to a high standard. Staff very friendly & helpful at all times. Food on menu del dia superb choice & well cooked. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here

The restaurant was open for dinner until 9:00 pm and as we’d been travelling all day much much too late. The local area offered little or no alternative restaurants as most we closed for holidays after summer season.

Clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent and the staff were pleasant.

If you arrive by train the station is an hour walk over uninteresting Road. Get hotel to call a Taxi. Fixed fare €7.

Excellent 3* hotel in town centre. Very high quality. 3 course dinner with wine €13.50 after resident's discount. Each course very high quality. Breakfast very satisfying.

No air conditioning or fans in the rooms which were very hot and sleeping was almost impossible Not pleasant to find long black hairs in bathroom

Given that there was a noisy group of young Portuguese students,more attention should have been paid to separating them from full price paying guests who do not appreciate being subjected to high noise levels - including in the dining room

The whole experience was very good & it was only spoilt by a group of Portuguese students who had no respect for other guests staying in nearby rooms

The fact that cooked food was not available until 9 PM is ridiculous. Not everybody wants to eat so late. Give so e choise for international travellers.
