Lifts were small & could be slow. The walls of the rooms were exceptionally thin so anyone talking in the corridor or another room literally sounded like they were in your room.

Location on main square. Welcome drinks & snacks in the mini bar. Taxi rank opposite the hotel was useful to get to the airport.

Location is right in the center of Plaça de l’Ajuntament. The staff was nice, the breakfast good, the room really clean ( the bed sheets were also changed daily). Although the room was really small, it didn't bother us.

Excellent location - close to all attractions, metro station, bus stops and restaurants. Excellent 4th floor room with balcony overlooking the main square. Room kept spotlessly clean and was quiet even though right in the centre of town, Good Breakfast. Deserves more that 2 stars. Helpful and friendly staff.

LOVE THIS HOTEL!! I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March 2024. Location was amazing, right in the city center, easy walking distance to many places, including the Valencia Cathedral. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops. Hotel surprised me. I booked a ‘double room’ and walked in to find a suite…huge room, couch, desk/chair, closet, decent sized bathroom and kitchenette with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. No, I wasn’t upgraded…this is all in their double rooms! I arrived early and they checked me in right away. Room had 2 Juliet balconies with views of the square. Beautiful weather so I had both doors open while in the room. Breakfast was amazing too…hot and cold, breads, bakery items, fruit/veggies and great coffee. Staff was amazing as well…hotel is clean (like spotless clean…), updated and when not super busy, speedy elevators. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could…what a great find! Highly suggest staying here! Love Valencia!!

Very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Right in downtown Valencia. Lots of stuff around. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would have definitely stayed there longer if I could.

The schedule of the breakfast, I couldn't enjoy it as much as I could because the service starts at 7:30 and on weekends even later.

The location is awesome. The room was ok, unfortunately I did not have much space in the balcony as the air conditioner was there. There is a electric kettle and you can enjoy tea or coffee.

The staff is outstanding, professional and knowledgeable and able to suggest and offer help with anything we needed or for things we didn’t realize we wanted to do. The location is amazing and you can walk most places with lots of restaurants nearby. A quick and inexpensive taxi ride can take you anywhere else you may want to go. The rooms were always spotlessly clean. We have stayed twice in this hotel. If you want a better view of the square, request a room off the front of the hotel where we stayed our first visit. This time we stayed in a huge room with a balcony on a side street. Liked both locations for different reasons.
