Construction in room on our floor (but we’re very careful to start late and end early) and one elevator out of service; those were the only distractions.

Very clean. Excellent location. Excellent personnel. As an American, do not let the name hostel distract you as this is a hotel (not our thought of hostel). Easily a 3 star, not a 2 star by our standards. Rooms are small but very clean. Balcony room wonderful to look out on the plaza and people watch. You can walk everywhere you want to visit for tourism and great food/bar scene.

Perfect central location, great room / beds, balcony with fab view over the plaza & fountain, spotlessly clean, staff so helpful & great value. We had tried without success, to get dinner reservations at Purto De La Mer, Carlos contacted the restaurant and sorted it for us. Couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend.

We were on 1st floor so we could hear some noise from street at night. Balcony was fairly small. On a return trip (which is definitely going to happen) we will request a room on a higher floor.

Easy to get to from metro. Very central and close to everything.. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast wasn't included for our trip, but we had it there every morning. Very good value for €9.50.

Unbeatable location in the Ayuntamiento Plaza, close to everything in central Valencia. The staff were very helpful and always attentive. And the room was surprisingly roomy and impecably clean.

The elevator is little bit slow but still ok.

The location is really good, just right in the center of everything. Bus stop, restaurant,pharmarcy and mercado nearby. Room is nice, clean and bright. The room size is ok. Comfortable bed. The hotel keycard holder spread out into city map with places to visit and recommend restaurants ( which I visited and had a very happy dinner) Hotel staff is very helpful

nothing I did not like was all very good

the room was big enough and we had a big window facing the street with a small balcony. The bathroom is spacious and very very clean. the breakfast was very good with a lot of different options we could choose for : ham, cheese different type of cereal , yogurt fruit and many different pastries , good coffee too!

There wasn't really anything we didn't like, the only thing I can think of was a little drilling noise when we arrived, but it wasn't there when we got back that evening.

Loved our balcony, we weren't expecting such a fantastic view of the square! Comfortable room and really helpful staff, also brilliant locker system for keeping cases which more places should have!
