You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainAccommodation was basic: low-end mattress and pillows which, while comfortable enough, weren't that supportive. Headboard was a bit grubby. Hotel could use some maintenance. Plug-in air freshener in room made me wonder what was being counteracted.
Location can't be beat: directly across the street from the beach, and 5 min from the train station. Room, bathroom, and hotel in general were very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Air conditioning in the room worked well. Breakfast was basic but tasty and plentiful.

FranceBed was horrible. it’s an old bed with a poor mattress that makes noice when one is turning during the sleep. it’s impossible to sleep well on it. Linen is dirty or just so old that strains never wash out. There is no « no disturb » card to hang on the door, so if you want to have a sleep during the day, be ready to be woken up by cleaning lady. Finally, the so-called « hotel » needs renovation. In our room we had ugly, damaged ceiling, as if someone from above had a flood and ever since it stayed there the same. In the end, it was so extremely overpriced that if I knew in advance all of this and I had a choice I’d rather sleep on the beach lol.
it was well situated: near the train station and near the beach that’s not usually busy which is a plus. Personal was very nice. Air conditioning was working well. That’s all.
