We slept really well except for one night when a neighboring guest was a little loud coming home - not the fault of Elena at all but something to be aware of.

Perfect location, close to Potes. Elena had the best breakfasts for us as well. The rooms were so clean and comfy, we could have stayed there for weeks! Better than some of the hotels we stayed in on our trip!

We loved everything about this property. It was set within an orchard and beautifully decorated and appointed. The host Elena could not have been more friendly and helpful. The breakfasts we had were so tastefully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Easy walking distance to Potes and parking on site. We would definitely recommend it and choose it again.

Beautiful house, lovely rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs and homemade cakes. Lovely garden and we were invited to pick cherries from the trees. Delicious! Short walk into town. Excellent restaurant recommendations from the host. Great town to end our walk on Camino Lebaniego. Tea and coffee facilities including milk!

We were slightly surprised by the additional bed for 40euro a night upon checkout, cause we usually sleep with the kid or put him on our inflatable camping mattress, unless safe bed is available for free at some place.

Elena’s a super lovely host! The house is beautiful and sheep next door made it a wonderful view to wake up from ;) the breakfast was amazing!

The entire property was beautiful inside and out! There are fig trees growing which Elena allows you to pick during your stay. They were delicious! The room was spotless when we arrived and the bed was very comfortable. The villa has a gorgeous back patio decorated with flowers, fruits and other veggies she has growing. Here you can sit and enjoy Elena’s delicious homemade breakfasts that were some of the best meals I’ve had during my trip to Spain. I highly recommend staying here. Elena is kind, communicative and a wonderful host! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Potes is just a few minutes up the road and easily walkable.

Elena is such a wonderful host, warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was gorgeous with beautifully laundered sheets each day, wonderful views of the mountain tops as well as bright and airy. Elena the host is very welcoming and made us feel at home. The property itself is absolutely beautifully decorated, surrounded by a lovely floral garden with plenty of places to sit. It's a nice short walk into the centre of Potes, which has the charm of any mountain town.

The parking is gravel / grass so not great for motorbikes however you could use next door, the rooms can be warm on summer days as no air conditioning.

Elena is so friendly and helpful. Very much home from home staying here. Breakfast was lovely and nothing too much trouble. It is about 10 mins walk to the centre of Potes straight down the road. It is clean and you do feel like you are staying in someone’s house, this is not a hotel at all. Small, friendly and intimate. Great experience.

Not being there long enough !!

Well what a little gem !!! Elena is such a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble for her. She made us an amazing breakfast and there was an area with drinks and a honesty box to pay. Our room was beautiful very spacious and views to die for ! Large comfy bed with beautiful crisp bedding. A large bathroom with shower and bath TV and seating area with comfy chairs too. Downstairs there is a living area to chill out and relax and look out at the views A 2 min walk in to Potes where there are loads of cafes, restaurants and bars. Just wish we could have spent more time there, we will be doing on our next trip there. 10/10 property, host, car parking and location

Elena is a wonderful hostess, her breakfast are fabulous and will set you up for the day. Our room was beautiful, we had the one with its own enclosed balcony and a comfortable sofa. The seating areas downstairs are very comfortable too and there is plenty of outside seating with shade. The location is a 10 minute leisurely stroll from the centre of Potes where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

Perfect location close to Potes village and supermarket, beautiful house and very comfortable rooms. In addition to the bedroom there is a wonderful lounge area and plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the gardens and the mountains. High recommended. We loved it!
