We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe handrail going into the pool needs fixing/ securing and more lounger chairs round the pool would be nice.
Friendly and helpful staff, great location for staying with dogs, very good menu with vegetarian and vegan options. The room was a good size with an excellent shower and nice views. Also good sound proofing in the room and very comfortable firm beds. Nice little pool area. The outside restaurant was good with beautiful views and obviously very popular with local people as well as hotel guests. There is a large open space across from the hotel ideal for walking dogs morning and evening (when it’s cooler), and a lovely shaded pathway off to the left for day times.

A lovely hotel in the hills. Our room had a great view. It was rather cold when we arrived, but the heater soon warmed up the room.

United KingdomWhere to start? - heating / AC was not working properly - bathroom: towels are not of good quality, after a shower you still feel wet when you have used the towels. - restaurant: what restaurant? when ordering pizza, we were never told how big the pizza would be. I could only eat 2 pieces, the other 6 slices, I had to leave them behind. The revuelto had no taste; suggestion to the chef: please fry the mushrooms first before throwing them into the omelet and please add salt and pepper. It was very bland. - breakfast: very basic, either supersized croissants or very small pre-packed ones. For a Spanish hotel, you would expect the jamon (ham) to be of excellent quality and taste. Well, the ham was really lacking taste unfortunately. No toaster, no extra's, and there was nobody around except for the gentleman who was running the breakfast. - Staff: we got the impression that the staff wanted to go home asap (in the evening), as there was a gathering of Spanish who probably all knew each other, including the staff. But also the lack of English speaking was quite striking. Fortunately, I speak Spanish, but my wife doesn't, so I had to translate everything for her.
The location was priceless; in one direction there were the magnificent snowcapped mountains, in the other the valley with the city of Granada in full sunlight. The look of the hotel was marvellous and very inviting. The room was really nice and had a lovely sitting corner, the size of the room was definitely a plus.
