Great Spa with many water massage facilities, outdoor pool, thunderstorm experience, aqua aerobics, sauna and other features. Room was good enough, but some renovation would be a plus.

Food - Breakfast was poor quality for example cold portage for number of days , the same where butter would barely melt as it was that cold. Lunch - Poor quality Fish served on two serverises could be smelled as you walked in. Salmon Pattie’s dry and crumbling tasted odd.

Room was clean and comfortable. Also spacious for the children the pool area is magnificent with their various aesthetics. it was indeed relaxing i will suggest more varieties to the menu and not just finnish oriented dishes.

A bit more information of how to get to the room, where the garbage should be taken etc would have been nice, but all in all everything worked out well. The place was nice, but if one wanted to visit the center you need a car (or a taxi).

The hotel restaurant was great, we had the New Year's buffet and we got treatment than in most places when it comes to vegan food. There was some nice nature close to the hotel too.

We previously stayed in the hotel section, so we didn't realize to check if there was air conditioning. There was not, and the air didn't circulate at all in the apartment. Although the staff provided us with fans, they did so a bit rudely when we approached them about the problem. My recommendation is to opt for hotel rooms and make sure to request a non-pet room. Plus, the bathroom in the apartment smelled like cat urine. Although they advertise there are toiletries in the room, it is just the basic bath/hair generic wall dispenser. Also, people smoked just outside the entrance, so our balcony and bedroom smelled of smoke (since we had to keep all windows open to cool down the apartment)

The spa access and location were great, and the beds were comfortable.

Our room was not very clean, the shower should be fixed (something that looked like black mold) and so much noise from downstairs (we had the window towards the inner part, and it sounded like there were no walls between us and the kids downstairs…..)

1. Swimming area: HIGHLY CHLORINATED WATER IN SPA AREA. It’s prohibited by law using chlorine concentrate in such proportions (I declare it as a doctor and layer). After water contact I got extremely strong skin reaction in the form of allergies and ulcers, burned my lungs. This is a violation of all sanitary and epidemiological norms in fighting with FAKE COVIt-19. It would be better to apply extra filtration, replacement and purification of WATER and FRESH AIR instead of KILLING PEOPLE WITH CHLORINE. After medical examination of my health due to the contact with chlorine, will send you compensation claim letter. 2. Poor unhealthy breakfast (almost no vegetables at the main course) - it used to be much better before. 3. The rooms need renovation. 4. Quality ≠≠≠ Price

Spa, sauna, breakfast, room with a separate area for children. Kettle in the room, tea, coffee, cocoa, bathrobes for everyone. Small refrigerator. We have been staying at this hotel for many years and now everything is as good as before, but the SPA is better.
