When staying longer than a few days, it might be nice to have a car.

Breakfast is good, large buffet and long tables, enabling breakfast also for groups of tourists, so quite busy in the morning. Swimming pool is small, towels to take from the room, no extra towels available. Personnel very friendly. Ski bus stops in front of the building.

If you don't have a car it could be quite a distance to walk from the hotel in the cold.

The heating in our room didn’t come on the last night so had to ask for a portable heater and then during the night it came on making the room too hotel which woke us up.

Location, breakfast buffet was really good and we were very impressed with food.

We could hear the pool pumps from our room, wasn't enough loud to require complaining but was for sure noticeable, good thing is that the pool closes before 10pm, so it did not interfered with our sleep, but the noise isolation could for sure be improved.

It was quite difficult to find our cottage first time, there was not enough signs. Luckily in the day we found a shortcut.

We liked our kelomökki, it was very cozy, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, but everyday the same, although there are many options to choose from. The menu in restaurant is interesting and high quality. The surroundings are exceptional in the area, it is also nice that there are slides available for children.

Cost really high for the room

The staff was nice, breakfast is amazing and we really enjoyed the spa. The hotel has plenty of services. The room was okay but I think the cost is too high.

Nice room and staff was helpful. Other than that food was nice. Location was great - we could go for a walk in beautiful landscape. Great little town :)

1) The water temperature in the jacuzzi and the main pool. 2) Noisy neighbours on my floor.

Breakfast was excellent, so as dinner in the Bistro. The spa was great, except for the cold water in the jacuzzi and the main pool (I think both my husband and I caught a cold there). The room was dated but spacious; the only drawback was the lack of noise cancellation from the kids next door.

Not enough sledges and many were broken. The hotel is a little old and the room was cold but no one could come help as Maintenance had finished.

The location. The amazing track we walked round and went sledding on, the kids were spoilt.

Electric car charging is a rip off, a flat fee of 20€ per session. The breakfast had a good selection, unfortunately did the coffee smell old and, the ham and cheese were cheap quality.

The SPA, restaurant and location are great.

Breakfast was excellent with nice lapland goodies. The spa is quite small but also nice and clean. The room is appropriate with a view to the front of buildning (and a lot of reindeers).

Spa is very small and old (but at least there is a spa). The decor of the rooms are very old, there were no proper curtains (could be quite bright nights here in North).

We wanted more time there, but not the hotel’s fault :)

Cozy cabin with mini kitchen, private sauna and fire place (they provide the logs for no extra cost, which was a very nice touch). The location was quite with beautiful surrounds. There is a small convenience shop 3mins by walk with drinks and snacks, quite handy. There is a coach leaving from outside Rovaniemi airport and stops just outside the hotel, very easy access. The breakfast was great, good choices and quality of food. The restaurant bistro was fantastic, very good tasty food. We didn’t have time to try the spa (it cost an additional €17), unfortunately.

The facilities in general are quite old and the spa is really not what it looks like on the pictures. It is very small, people can look inside the are from the corridors of the hotel. Overall it feels a little overpriced

Nice hotel with a pool, bar and little shop. Luosto is small but pretty. Frozen lake walk was nice.

The house was dirty and was only 14 C degrees in the house when we arrived, we needed couple of hours to heat it up on a cold winter day when we expected a warm room at the arrival.

Location was beautiful with several snowshoeing paths from the cabin. Breakfast was same day by day but was several choices.
