Lovely location in the middle of old Porvoo. Nice lobby bar and reception area. As has been mentioned the small rooms are very small so don’t bring large luggage! However the attic sauna is very nice - be sure to use the cold bucket dunk. Bathrooms very nice.

The hotel is wonderful. The design and furnishings are super nice, the people are very friendly, the sauna area is amazing and I can highly recommend the hot stone massage. The breakfast was one of the best and most regional I've ever had!

Staff were excellent. A particular mention of 2 staff in particular. MaiJa and Minna. These two ladies were exceptional. We are from Australia and have traveled extensively and it is very rare to receive such friendly happy and professional employees such as these two. From our understanding, Minna was a new employee. If that is the case, she is certainly an excellent acquisition. She greeted us with absolute friendliness and even took us to our room. Maija had an infectious smile and laughter and seemed to have the place running so smoothly. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the young lady who served us was very sweet and super nice. Overall this place is wonderful and the staff certainly played a big part in making our anniversary stay a memorable one.

We chose large room (very expensive), but it was actually quite small. There were hair on the floor when we went there so it wasn't that clean. Toilet paper holder was loose and noise of the cars was very loud during the night.

Room was nice with beatiful furniture. Breakfast was really good!

This was a short staycation in Porvoo. We opted for corner suite that was a very nice and spacious room indeed. Attic sauna provided relaxing retreat which we further enhanced by enjoying Runo Attic Spa treatments. The breakfast was exceptional featuring a vast array of local specialties. Overall, Runo exceeded our expectations, providing impeccable service and experience.

Nice, cozy boutique hotel in the very heart of the Porvoo old town. It's pretty new in Porvoo, so everything is in very good condition. It is well designed throughout, from the flow of the customer service all the way to the tiniest detail of Finnish design decoration etc. We had access to free, public sauna. Breakfast was of good quality and well designed. We live in Helsinki and arrived with bus, so we appreciated that the bus station was only 5 mins walk away. We will definitely come again!

Excellent hotel. I have traveled true Finland for work a couple of years now, and I have to say that this is one of the best experiences I had so far. The staff is very friendly and highly skilled. The room was on the smaller side, but very nice quality. Overall a absolute 10 score.

There could have been more counter space in the bathroom for guests own items, such toiletteries bags. The batteries had run out of our remote control, so we couldn't swich on the tv in our room.

We enjoyed our stay in Runo hotel. The room was cosy, the common areas were stylish and relaxing and the breakfast was excellent. We went to the attic sauna in the morning - the space was beutiful, clean and very relaxing.

Runo Hotel sure was an amazing experience. Loved it. The room was nice and very clean. Comfortable in every way and detail. Spa area and sauna were so relaxing. We loved our stay and slept so well. Breakfast was beyond great! I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast could have something very unique and specific. The wall ventiles (seinäventtiili) in our was very dusty. I know it is high up and hard to reach but that is still quite discusting..

What's there not to like??

The staff is always amazing, rooms are clean and beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. Easy to arrange a beautiful flower surprise for your loved one. The spa is also very cozy and clean.
