Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Had to chase for the towel we wanted to have a shower and dinner outside and sleep before the early flight the next day.

It was good and also good value. The tv wasnt working in the initial room we were booked in, the staff were nice to move us to another room. United StatesThe rooms were pretty dirty- the bathroom mostly. Upon arrival there was a dead fly on my bed and a moth on the curtains. It was hard to get a pool towel. The dining area had no enclosed area so it was hot to eat there.
The pool and patio area was nice and comforting. The staff was very kind.

SamoaI requested the complimentary shuttle from the airport prior to my arrival and didn't get it. It was late at night so that could be why. When I got to my room, I noticed the bed sheets had not been replaced and the shower was also not clean. My room was right next to the reception area and the next day, there was loud music from the breakfast buffet area which went on for some time. It sounded like people were having a party.
The hotel is located in a great area. There are shops and restaurants nearby including a movie theater. The drive from/to Nadi Airport isn't that long.

CanadaWhen I booked online I clearly stated that I will be there by 7am and I got a reply that Capricorn will do their best to accommodate at the given time. Upon arrival I was told to wait until 12pm. Which I did in waiting area accompanied with mosquitoes!
Breakfast was not worth what they charged per day for a room. But location was okay for me to travel to town or to Namaka.

New ZealandBed was a little uncomfortable after a weeks stay as we were a couple sharing a double bed made up of two singles pushed together. One of us always ended up in between the mattresses. My own fault for not doing more research on the location as there wasn’t a whole lot to do right outside your front door but easy enough to be picked up and go out for day trips.
lovely staff, great customer service. The pool was amazing and the outside area was beautiful. Very good air conditioning in the room as well which was on when we arrived.

New ZealandI stayed here twice. The very first time I checked in, the receptionist failed to explain basic details about the room (like there are 2 switches near the door that I had to turn on, in order to power the room) etc. The receptionist who checked us in the second really gave exemplary service in explaining everything. So the difference in service was very clear. The shower drain was clogged with hair, so I had to ask housekeeping to clean it for me. There was no bathmat provided for the bathroom, hence the floor flooded every time we took a shower.
The staff were amazing to deal with. The fact that the pool closed at 1030pm. It was right beside a shopping complex. Hence, I did not have to walk too far to go shopping (pharmacy/ supermarket/ cafes/ spa/bread shop/clubs/restaurants). There is no problem getting transportation, as it is right next to the main road.
