The location is very central to everything in Paris, close to 2 metro stops. Loved having a mini-apartment with a separate bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early.

As some reviewers mentioned, you cannot adjust the heating in the room. You need to ask reception to increase for you daily. For some reason, in my suite the heating didn’t seem to work even after reception raised the temperature. It wasn’t a huge issue as I was out all day and you also have an electric towel rail/heater in bathroom so can always have a nice warm room for your morning shower.

Brilliant location. You are a few minutes walk from Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette as well as metro and bus stops. You really cannot beat this location. Hotel seems to be new/newly renovated. The reception area is very colourful and trendy, comfy if you want to work from there or enjoy books from their library. I stayed on 2nd floor suite with a nice view of the street and bistro, giving me a nice Parisian view every morning. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher and bathroom is nice and modern with hot water/pressure always available. I was impressed with the hotel’s many eco commitments including filtered water station in reception area. There is also a really nice ‘shop’ in reception where you can buy snacks and drinks etc.

Nothing it was really good. There no servicing under 8 nights I think which can get a little lean with kids.

Location was great. Photos represented what’s was there and it was well presented. Turk right out door Supermarket 50 m away so can easily get essentials. Pastry shop 10 meters which is a must. Turn left Lots of shopping. Can walk to Concorde 10 min. musee de orsay in 30min.

Only minus is the room temperature, we requested multiple times for temp to be cooled down but didn’t work.

Nice location and close to shopping mall and train station so can easily move around. Facilities and staff were very nice including a laundry so can get our laundry done as we have been travelling from London so good to have that option.

The rooms were super cold and took a whole day for the room to get warm! Most of the hardware in the room was broken! The coffee and tea were not refilled when we checked in.

I have never seen a hotel that you can't change the temperature for your own at all. They had standard 20' degrees and every single day we had to go to the reception and ask to increase for the night and the next morning they were reducing it again. This habit would suite for a 60e hotel not 185e

The price. Because of several events in Paris that week (Fashion week + Rugby), price was way above normal price.

Appartments are renovated. Staff is very helpful, especially Sami. Location is unbeatable.

The safe box had some malfunction. Air conditioning was not so powerful.

I have got nothing negative to say about it to be honest. But it was a bit pricier than expected. I suppose it was because of the Rugby World Cup.
