Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. The room also smelled bad because of the sink drain.. I had to cover the openings. The shower curtain should have been thrown away a long time ago. 😝

It's located right outside of the old city and has garage parking available for an extra 10 Euro per day. The staff were very friendly.

The bed shifted when you sat up. There were no spare pillows provided in the room.

The location was superb, a short walking distance to the Citadel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the parking garage, although expensive, was easy to use. Our room was quite large.

The building could do with a refurbishment- quite a few noticeable marks on the walls and things like that, but nothing so significant that it really impacted my time there.

The location was perfect for my visit to Carcassonne, just a short walk from the castle town, the river, and good shops. All the kitchen facilities worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-kept.

We found the mattress a little hard, and there were only 2 pillows, one each. The bed itself wasn’t fixed to the wall and when we sat up in bed (with our backs to the wall) the bed itself began to slide slowly but surely away from the wall on the tiled floor…I had to put the heavy dressing table against the foot of the bed to stop it sliding. Also took a bit of fiddling with the electric cooker’s knobs as there were no markings on the cooker to indicate low heat, high heat etc. Also no kettle in the room.

The location was great, right under the Ramparts with good parking. Finding a fridge and a small kitchenette in the room was a nice surprise! Checking-in, keypad system and locks all worked great.

Apartment was twice the soze inwas expecting. It also had a shower which wasn't listed on the amenities page so that was a nice surprise.

Very basic apartment. Outdated. We booked for 4 people but got only two towels. No duvet for the sofa bed.

It was very bare bones in the room and felt like old motel from 20ish years ago as a result. The beds were also very firm which were okay for me, but a tough night for my partner. There was an exhaust fan in the bathroom that was quite noisy although with the bedroom door closed, it didn't interfere with sleep.

Conveniently located and for the price, it was competitive to other offerings in the area which are priced at a premium due to the vicinity of Carcassonne castle. The option of private parking, whilst a bit pricey, was great and also very convenient in of itself.

Huge room and the hotel welcomed us to keep our touring bicycles inside the room while we stayed. Thank you. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor area to sit and have a drink or snack. Not too far to walk up to the castle/old town area. The newer part of town is also cool, over the bridge, and has an expansive farmers' market too.

Since I was travelling from another country, I did not have wifi so did not receive the instructions to enter the building after 8:00pm. I would have appreciated getting the instructions once I had booked. Lucky for us, we met a wonderful couple who explained how to enter after 8:00 so everything ended up working out.

Beds weren't partially comfy, there weren't enough towels for everyone. There was kitchenware, but nothing to clean it up with and a fee if you didn't clean it or a fee to get cleaning supplies. A fee for parking. And no way to check-in or even park the car if you arrive between 12pm and 3pm since everything will be closed.

Location is ideal, a few minutes from the old city, with a comfy garden and a spacious garage.

The toilet is downstairs with no hand washing facilities. Bathroom upstairs so not convenient for washing hands after using toilet. Especially in times of covid - not acceptable. I also didn’t think staff very friendly.
