How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A little difficult to locate.the
It was close to the airport. Clean, parking good. Oh, and exceptionally good value. We got what we paid for. Very quiet considering the proximity to the airport.

I arrived after the reception was closed. The hotel knew I would be arriving late. They gave me the room number and code for the key box but the light was not on long enough to see what to do. I had a torch with me but it took me a while to get the key because I could not see which box referred to my room. I would have appreciated a hot drink even if it was from a machine.
When I eventually got into the room, I was pleased with the room and the bathroom. A station on the TV in English would have been a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

It’s cheap so you get what you pay for. . However, it is also very close to the airport. My flight landed at 2230 and I was getting an early train so I literally needed somewhere to sleep and shower. As a place to sleep it’s fine. I couldn’t stay any longer though. Previously, it had a 24/7 reception and you just paid on arrival. They have now introduced a €100 deposit and reception closes at 21:30. So you can’t pay that when you arrive if you are late. You have to email them your bank details (which is very insecure, and probably breaches most of the regulations) before they will send you the code to allow you to get your key. It was too late for me to cancel but I won’t be going back again
It’s close to the airport. The rooms have been painted recently so are a bit brighter than before. It’s clean.

There was a mezzanine in my room. Of course I had a look and climbed up. It was quite dusty and dirty overall. It was clearly not in use, but also not well kept.
Close to the airport. The room looks like a modified garage, but what do I expect at this price. The bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing I could complain about except maybe the fruit salad at breakfast was not very fresh, with bits of apples that were turning brown so possibly ensure the fruit are served fresh but otherwise, nothing else to declare!
A good room with clean bathroom, quiet, with easy access to the Bistrot restaurant for that pick me up needed upon arrival! Lovely breakfast and very welcoming staff!

Says reception 24/7 but it’s limited to 9pm. That is no problem and compensated by very kind personal. However - clear communication in the booking app advert is preferred.

Ideal location for the terminal (10min walk)- we had a 6am flight so needed somewhere clean, comfortable, close to terminal and low cost. The shower was great, bed comfortable, staff very friendly.

Cheap and cheerful and convenient for an early flight. No frills which is fine. A warm place to sleep. The Radisson Blu hotel bar is opposite!

Had to give 100€ deposit on arrival which I hope to get returned to my bank. This was completely unexpected as I have never had to do in a hotel in France.
Had to get up very early for a plane so did not utilisez all the facilities but a problem that I had with the air con was solved immediately. Proximity to the airport was a bonus (400 metres) and also was near the airport parking
