Bathroom was tiny, but hey, that's Paris!

Modern inside. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were able to check in early. Tea and coffee making in the lobby and a microwave if you needed it. We were able to wait in comfort in the foyer for our pick-up to the airport, which was arranged by the hotel. Beds and pillows comfortable, small fridge with cold water and soft drinks - free. Good sized room for Paris. We will return.

Noise from other rooms is very pronounced but this is normal for older city centre hotels all around the world. How this affects any guest depends on the guests in neighbouring rooms. This is obviously just luck of the draw.

Location very good with alot of amenities in the area. Room was 500euro for family of 4 which was not cheap but seems to be standard for the area. Room was set up very well for the 4 people with bunk beds for 2 children under 11. Breakfast reasonably priced at 50 euro for the four people (included in the 500Euro), quality of breakfast reflects the price, not fantastic but perfectly adequate. Coffee and bread were good, the rest just OK. Large amount of cafes and restaurants very close by so they can be used for breakfast if desired. Area is nice and hotel has a lot of authentic character. Staff very helpful and room was ready when we arrived 45 mins before official check in time so we could go to room immediately and get set up. Overall standard was better than I expected for a 3 star hotel.

The property is located in a nice and quiet part of the town, there are several restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very nice, clean and equipped with all amenities (the bed was really comfortable). The location is great for visiting museums and attractions in Paris. I really recommend this hotel, we had a really good time and the staff was always very helpful!

The temperature was too high and the air con wouldn't go any lower, so kept heating the room, but the windows could be opened which was good.

The bedroom was large and comfortable, check-in was easy with the reception staff, the bathroom was clean and a good size. Close to Gare du Nord so very convenient, and an excellent price for such a location.

We wouldn't do bed and breakfast if we came back here, as the breakfast was very disappointing and wasn't a full continental breakfast. We went out for breakfast on the second day, even though we had paid for it as part of the rate. We were also a little disappointed by the housekeeping, the room could have been a little cleaner and the shower seal was broken - and when we got back at 3, having been out since 10am, our room hadn't been cleaned, so we had to leave it for the day.

Really friendly and helpful reception staff, who made the trip a really positive experience. The decor was smart and seemed to have been recently decorated. The location was great, as there were lots of excellent restaurants nearby and a lot of things, including the Louvre and the Gare du Nord, within easy walking distance. We even walked to the Eiffel Tower, which was just over an hour and flat all the way. The bed was very comfortable. We were also given a room with a balcony, as a free upgrade, which was a nice touch. Overall a good stay and good value for money.

There was a sewage smell in the restroom, possibly from some seal not being properly sealed in the pipes, coming up from both the shower and washbasin drains (3rd floor, forgot the room number). Without this, the facilities+cleanliness+comfort would be much better.

Great location near lots of great food, decor was nicer than I had expected, and the staff were very helpful. The place was generally very solid. Housekeeping was also nice.

The only thing was a higher city tax. We paid 5.20 Euro by night instead of 1.88 Euro shown in the booking. The new tax is applicable as of January, but we haven't been advised on this amendment.

We’ve got fradulent link from the hotel and almost lost our money. Breakfast is very poor, especially for pregnant women - they serve only cheeses made from unpasteurized milk, do not serve scrambled eggs nor pancakes. There are boiled eggs but precooked so they are cold. I also asked for iron in the reception and they promised to deliver it to our room next day - we never got it. The room had small „window” in the bathroom which was out to the room and has no glass in it, making it a bit uncomfortable as you could hear every sound from the bathroom while laying on the bed.

Localisation is great, room was clean, reception is 24/7.

Cleaning crew kept coming in the room even though we had the do not disturb sign on. There was a clicking sound all night.
