Best location in Flaine with superb brand new modern design. Spa is superb and the views from my room over the mountain are amazing. Only thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is brand new and a few things needs to be finished by the builders but this didn't affect my stay.

Was almost nothing to fault but didn’t feel like a hotel (had much more of an apartment feel) and very minor gripe was only having 1 toilet in a 2 bedroom family suite. Although this didn’t impact the quality of our stay and would happily return.

For a new hotel there are already a lot of fixtures that need fixing during the summer- dripping water from roof, unfinished facades. Room service should be faster with cleaning so that everything is serviced in the morning. Sometimes rooms were not cleaned by 4pm. Check in would be better by 2/3pm and check out 11/12pm. A mini fridge in the family room would be nice. Option to log in on own Netflix account would be good. Hotel should provide baby bedding for baby cots Car park is a little dusty and needs to be cleaned

Great location, nice facilities , friendly staff. Breakfast is great although given the price for the stay, it should be included. Family room was really spacious, very comfortable bed with a nice big balcony. Ski lockers are fantastic with ski in ski out facilities. Pool and spa area lovely. There is even a launderette and play room in the building which are really good optionals to have on site. The car park is fantastic and suitable height for any SUV car up to at least 2m

Cold jacuzzi, slippery tiled floors around pool and changing rooms, doors not sound proof (toilet and room), reception suggesting I pick up second key from outside restaurant as this was left there by a previous reservation, reception overcharging remaining balance on checkout.

Great location ski in-ski out. Wonderful facilities with very nice swimming pool, hamam, sauna, fitness center, spa, bar, restaurant and ski rental just next door . Spacious rooms and very good breakfast but too expensive.

We stayed in the top floor apartment and it was the perfect ski holiday! Beautiful views, very clean and spacious, comfy beds and ski in ski out. The pool and sauna facilities were great as well. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is not finished. The reception said we didn’t have a booking when we arrived which was really unwelcoming. And took a 500 euro deposit after a huge amount for 3 days to stay there. The breakfast is ridiculous for 24 euros and the spa area is overrun with children. Spa locker only for 2 not 4 (4 of us) If they can get on top of these things it could be an amazing hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and the family suite was spacious and clean. Facilities are great and genuinely ski in ski out.

Not finished , staff didn’t really know what they were doing , no staff at all at times .. a bit like the Marie Celeste , children in the adult rest zone for adults even though states in the door no under 16’s .. some people saw the hot tub as a baby pool and 10 year olds using the plunge pool and sauna in and out . Definitely not finished but agree probably showed in the price we paid .

Unfinished, it looked that it was rushed to be opened for skiing season. A lot of dust from renovation still left, parking very dusty.

The location is great for skiing in and out. Facilities look new it is very clean, but not everywhere. Great breakfast and great restaurant.

I didn't try the breakfast as 24 euros sounded a bit too much. Other than that, nothing to point out.

Location, location , location, but then the SPA. Hotel Alhena was probably the most comfortable ski trip I had. Ski to door, where you literally ski to the door of the entrance of the hotel to store the skis. Flaine Forum is small, so you are 2 min walking from nice restaurants (the restaurant at the hotel is also quite good). And at the end of the day, you have an amazing SPA with a pool, Sauna, and Jacuzzi, which is ideal for the end of a day of skiing.

A few small issues due to this being the first season of opening (i.e locker key not working). A small fridge in the room would be useful to store milk for tea/coffee.

Excellent location, stunning views, very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room very welcome after a day on the slopes. Private, heated ski locker was very useful, meaning that I didn’t have to carry any equipment up to my hotel room.

The only disappointment was the TVs in the rooms. the only channels in english were news channels & who with any sense watches that fake rubbish anymore. no english subtitles available on the channels either. we managed to find a channel where we got the original language so it helped. definately need to provide Netflix for people to use their own accounts.

the facilities were lovely. we had a steam & cold plunge pool 2 -3 sessions every day after skiing which was amazing. foor was great although not cheap. avoid the restaurant food at the top of the main lift Planiere. the food was awful but great for a drink
