The bathroom needed to be completely refurbed. There was dust and dirt in the corners and a bath but no plug.

Nice location by the river and a really good breakfast. The bed was big and comfortable

The door stop in the bathroom needs a rubber cover. The exposed metal is dangerous and it is easy to catch a foot on it. Toilet flush sticks on a short flush. No issues otherwise.

Nice stopover. Quiet location on the River Vienne. I am happy to recommend this hotel for a couple of nights but probably not for a long stay. The kitchenette was fine but again only for a short stay. Lovely warm shower. We didn't have breakfast due to an early departure. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Overall the room was a bit tired but I think this is reflected in the price. It served our purpose for a short overnight before an early flight. And we saw some of Limoges.

Smoking outside at the terrace near the breakfast room. Annoying when you eat, but also the smoke went in the air and got into the rooms.

Location was perfect, just outside city center. Kitchen was well equipped and I liked the fridge. Parking was additional costs but safe parking behind a porch. The team who was running the place was friendly.

We booked the property with parking because we had 4 motorcycles, upon arrival the told us there was no parking available even though there was several car parks with plenty of free spaces.

As I was on foot, central Limoges seemed distant.

Pleasantly surprised by size of my room - truly a small 1-bed appartment. Next to the Vienne - lovely views and walks and especially across Le Pont Martial where one can fine a café, boulangerie, and pharmacy. Very comfortable bed and a real bath. Secure parking lot available.

Very Very bad my third and final visit this 5 day visit no clean towels or bedding first room we were allocated we were locked in for over an hour because of broken door handle what a nightmare and no sorry moved to an inferior room than we paid for 10 euros a night to park fgs rip off breakfast terrible hotel absolutely filthy

It was generally ok but there were a few 'below par' things. - there was an infestation of little flies on the ceiling in our room - we dealt with the situation but really shouldn't have had to - my daughter's room was very old and tired - carpet really needed replacing! We moved the bed slightly so her phone charger reached the plug and under the bed was, well, not cleaned very well at all. - there was no air con / fan or any kind of cooling facility (and it was VERY HOT) so we melted - parking - we were allocated covered parking, but it was very low entrance & getting in with the car roof box was a real ordeal. We asked to swap with someone else to an outdoor space but were told it was full and there was nothing they could do. It caused us quite a bit of stress at the time.

Bed was hard and pillows thin. Basic accommodation, has everything you need, but can’t complain because the price was very cheap.

The pictures of the property were totally misleading. when we got to the hotel there was no space to park. It was very dark and trash everywhere. this is not a good place to spend the night.
