Just a bit too far from the center and bad public transportation at night (after 21 no buses and expensive Taxi) but of course it's not their fault

Bed was a bit saggy and lumpy. A downside of being close to station is that there are quite a few beggars and other people living on the margins. In the event I had no problems other than an uncomfortable feeling returning to the hotel at dusk.

Practical and convenient. Good facilities to prepare a simple meal. Across the road from railway and bus stations, yet very little noise either from the street or within the hotel.

Door locking system on my door broke so couldn't get in. Took a while to sort out, but received a new room, free breakfast for the inconvenience.

The beds could be slightly better but that is about it.

The location across from the central train station made it very easy to access the excellent train service that services the region. The breakfasts and breakfast staff were first rate. The value for money is perhaps the greatest strong point. For a room with all the kitchen facilities, the price was a real bonus. The bus is very convenient to access the downtown area and only just over a euro.

I made a comment that you need better "pillows"!they do not match the hotel standard far from it! And perhaps new rooms carpet......they are really tired! I must say our welcoming was very nice and we have receive a very nice welcome from the head receptionist Miss Hantar....She is a gem! For sure we will be back in a near future .... Thanks....

Quite a walk to the centre of town

The location is great for transport links being opposite the train station and gare routiére, however, there is a distinct lack of restaurants at this end of the city and it is a good 10 to 15 minutes walk through the less salubrious part of Perpignan to get to the shops and main restaurants area.

The room was fine although there were small signs that it will soon be in need of renovation e.g. around the skirting boards in the bathroom but there were plenty of facilities for my three night stay.

Seems cleaning the kitchen is not included in the room service. If you use the kitchen but don't clean it, you need to pay 10 Euro.

Close to the bus station, has a small kitchen. Friendly staff.

There was no shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom, no extra things for personal hygiene. No tea, coffee, water...nothing at all

All went well, the staff is 24\7 there which is very convinient for those who arrive late. The room iwas nice and comfy as well

There didn't seem to be a kettle or oven, meaning only microwave and hob food was an option. Also the beds had a gap in the middle.

This was a nice little apartment complex, with nearly every facility included. The location is fantastic and it comes with amenities needed for a simple stay. The rooms are also very soundproof which is nice.

immediately across from the train station but very quiet. The staff were very exceptional and got us into a room just before 1pm, needed as we had only flown into Barcelona from Australia in the morning then the train to here.
