Only one towel in the room for two people but I would imagine they’d give you some more if you went to reception. We didn’t need to as it was a one night stay and I always take towels with me when away

Location was perfect, the car park is literally two mins from the hotel, the room was so big and had kitchen facilities there too. Much bigger than anticipated

We had requested a room on a high floor with a nice view but were given a room just above the lobby; the view was nice but not as nice as it would have been had we been on the top floor. I could have asked to be reassigned but did not want to cause them extra work, thinking that perhaps they put everyone on one floor when they do not have many guests. I thought that the coffee from the machine at breakfast was not very good, probably the brand of beans used. One morning we had bacon at breakfast but the other two mornings there was some kind of chicken and my husband missed having his bacon or sausage. I would have preferred freshly sliced fruit to the mixed fruit cocktail. The bathroom with our room was a nice size but it needs to be renovated, the glass partition attached to the bathtub has some lime scale on it. I think it would be best to replace the tub with a shower as the tub is slippery and the glass partition swings; it seemed a bit dangerous to me. I am not so keen on the type of hairdryer mounted on the wall but it was ok. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, convenient to restaurants, the tram and all the sites. The room had everything that we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a nice view out the window. The lobby and breakfast located on the first floor of the building were pleasant and had a nice terrace seating area. The breakfast options were good especially the fresh orange juice and nice bread, cheeses and ham. It was great that the parking was nearby. All the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Minimal kitchen equipment. Might as well not have one. Cold and impersonal hotel. Absolutely no cash at the reception so either you have the exact amount or you have to use your card... for a 2€ chocolate bar...not cool (and by the way it's illegal to not accept cash payments under the pretense that you don't hold cash at the reception).

There was problem with the price of accomodation. I have one price in Booking.com which was reserved from my credit card as deposit, though in property policy there is no mention about the deposit. But when I arrive at the property I had to pay higher sum. Even though staff said that is some kind of mistake, the difference wasn’t compensated to me. The breakfast was also quite poor. And you have to take your garbage with you when leaving, otherwise they will charge the cleaning fee.

The location was good near the old town. Parking for the good price.
