I like everything there, but the hotel is located in a bad location, the street is full of strange people.

The bathroom was really small. I am tiny and it felt small, so I can only imagine how my husband, a big guy, felt in there. But it wasn't a huge problem. The pillows were too hard for my taste, but I was so tired by the end 9f the day that I just passed out and slept well.

The location is excellent. Restaurants, supermarkets, two metro stations and an awesome boulangerie really close. It felt safe walking at night, the staff was friendly, the room was small but comfortable, just perfect for crashing after a long day.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable. The location was a great, safe neighborhood with great Asian restaurants around. As well, it was less than 5 minutes to a metro station.

Not too spacious, but I guess it's the norm in Paris. They did warn us refurbishment works were being carried out when we booked, I just didn't expect it to be so loud. Also, the room was a bit cold for the weather we were having.

One of the days the door to our room had not been locked after cleaning service, and the window had been left open which we did not ask for. The radiator was very noisy unless closed.

Good location. Walking distance to many nice locations. The hotel is also close to Metro stations, which was very good when carrying luggage. The room was small and quite aged, but it was clean, and we slept well.

It’s a clean, safe budget option with truly lovely reception staff. I had a small room for a solo traveler with a nice bathroom. Everything was in great shape, although small and light on the amenities (no shampoo or soap in the shower, but there is a towel and hairdryer and cups and hand soap). I had a small closet and desk which was sweet. For two nights I was quite happy and again the desk staff was the friendliest and most accommodating in I’ve met in Paris, Nice, Lausanne or Amsterdam in the past year. Note also that you leave the key with the desk staff on leaving and reclaim it on return, very old school. The neighborhood is good—lots of great Asian food options. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveller.

The room is small, but in line with our expectation. Quite area overall there around. Less than 5min of walking the distance to Metro station. All around there are many ethnics restaurant; we appreciated too much the African one, and also the gracious boulangeries where to savor some Viennese/French specialties (the fabulous viennoiseries).

Visually the room looks a bit renovated, but not everything is perfect, but I didn't expect that from this kind of budget hotel. The bed was comfortable but a bit hard for my taste, some top mattress would be great. Towels should be newer, ones we got are rather thin, and you get only one large towel.

It is a nice hotel. The rooms are small but functional, bathroom is decent and you can see that hotel tried it's best to look as good as possible. It is very clean and the wifi works great! Comfortable pillows!

The window to the courtyard was not the best perspective. There was no soap in the shower, but only close to the sink next to it.

The room was small but comfortable enough. The staff is welcoming. Daily newspapers are available and can be taken for consultation from the front desk. The location in 5-10 mns walk from metros Olympiades and Place d'Italie is convenient.

Room had no air conditioning. For the season it was still ok but I don't know how it may get during the summer heat (and I don't know if the hotel will offer something for that, it might be reasonable to check with the structure).
