The hotel is very close to the metro station, with parking with great breakfast but most of all with extremely polite staff, willing to help on everything we asked.

We booked a room for 4 people but we got 2 double rooms. The rooms are quite small.

The shower was really bed, almost no pressure. At the arrival we asked the staff at what time we could enter the room. She told us that we can check in at 12, maybe 12:30 because of the cleaning so we decided to go into the city. We came back at 18:30 so we really wanted to go to our room after al very long drive and day in the city. The lady told us that the room was not ready yet. The previous people havent even left the room! Do we needed to wait for almost another hour to go into the room. We didn’t even get a compromise….

A little noise from the street when you leave the window open in the night.

I appreciate parking directly at the hotel. The metro and trams are a short walk away. Breakfast was good and coffee and tea are available all day.

There are not so many food options for allergic people. However, the staff were willing to accommodate any requests that we had. Rooms are quite small but this was as expected for Paris.

The hotel is just 3 min from the metro station, restaurants and food shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, pastry shops etc. The breakfast is buffet and consists of pastry, cereals, fruits, deli meats, cheese and yogurt, coffee, tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel offers a variety of snacks and drinks throughout the day. Bedsheets and towels were changed almost everyday. The staff was very friendly and helped us each time we requested any help. They were understanding with some specific queries from our side. The hotel manager was also very helpful. All of the reception staff was fluent in English which made it very easy to communicate. The staff offered support with sightseeing, restaurants, transport to adventure parks etc Although the communication with Booking was very bad - we received their opinion on a matter we raised at the beginning of our trip at the end of our stay - the hotel manager was very understanding and helped us at check-out. We booked two rooms for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children) and the staff offered a suite of two adjacent rooms.

The room was pretty small and was almost filled by the bed so there wasn’t much room for our suitcases. There wasn’t a great choice at breakfast and they had already run out of some things when we went for breakfast 40 minutes before it ended

Great location close to the metro and tram, the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. I really like the free coffee machine, it’s a great thing to offer

We were a litle bit frustrated with the reality vs the pictures. The size of the rooms is very small. For us that walked a lot, the neighborhood of the hotel was not so nice.

We did like the breakfast. It is not overwhelming but you can count with fresh squeezed orange juice, croissants, pain au chocolate and other good treats. For us it was also important that the hotel has private parking for the car with a fair value.

We asked for room with street view and after we arrived we get one of few rooms with patio view. Not cool.

Shower cubicle was a little small but that is to be expected in a city where space is limited

Close to the metro and easy to get to all of the famous sights. Our family suite worked well for us (double room and twin room at the end of the corridor with a door to separate them from the rest of the corridor. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Anas (hopefully the right spelling!)

We didn't get parking :( , but could leave our car near the hotel, because parking is free in August in hotel area! No food store worked at late evening (but we found a little boulangerie 10 min away from hotel where we got best Croque Monsieur :) ).

Very nice and lovely hotel with friendly staff and free coffee and tea all night (with madeleines :) ). Comfy beds and beautiful room with air conditioning. Tasty french breakfast (just cold, and we so wanted warm omelette...). Good hotel location near Cimetière du Père Lachaise!
