Hotel restaurant on the edge of the town, a short walk to the quay. We had room 1, which had disabled access directly onto the courtyard amongst the diners. We had booked very late, and for the price it was perfectly acceptable, other than the wifi didn’t reach. Breakfast was good and we elected to eat dinners on the quay but the restaurant did look tempting.

The food was very disappointing, I may have been unlucky, but the cod was overcooked, dry, and served on a stone cold plate! This is getting to be the normal in France and it's very annoying. Luckily, we have had great food elsewhere and served on hot plates. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

needs maintenance and renovation: carpet w holes and dirty our room was looking the street intersection w the street light which made it very noisy all night no hair dryer no other than French spoken shower full of mound

I'm on bycicle tour in Normandy and I got room for disabled!!! That room wasn't what I booked!!! Internet didn't worked. I couldn't lock doors. Just one staff person speaks English

Their billing system is useless, On leaving we were charged for 4 breakfasts, 2 dinners which we did not have. We were charged a supplement for having dogs which we dont have. They tried to charge us over 120 euro more than was due. This was rectified after we pointed out their error. This is not the first time this has happened to us in this hotel, the second time to me and the third time to my partner. They go on the assumption that if you don't speak French they add on extras which they think they might get away with. It appears there is a policy in this hotel to overcharge tourists if they can get away with it. On reflection if you order services from them insist on paying for them immediately. Make sure to check your bill.

Reception did not speak English, even though Booking.com stated, that they do. I also didn't get an invoice or receipt. Room could be cleaner.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was cold, but there was a heater, which heated room quickly.

On arrival (having been travelling all day) it has to be said that the welcome was just a bit too 'business like', for our liking. Just a bit frosty! However as the 48 hours of our stay progressed we settled in and the staff showed how friendly they could be.

The room was a delight, with the bath (big) in the corner!! It had a double aspect and, while it could be a littlenoisy at busy times, at night it was quiet and well ventilated - which we like. The courtyard, restuarant etc. were delightful and the food was to die for!!!! We sincerely hope that we'll be coming back to this cosy hotel and charming town!

We get another, much worse, rooms than we paid for. Shover was dirty and in the tiny room without any screen. Soap and shower gel bottles were empty. Attendant of this hotel told me hotel is full and he will do noting. We wrote complaint to booking service but nothing happend, noone was here to help us.
