Great hotel. Room with a lot of space, great pool area and very nice breakfast. Excelent option if travel by car once it has free parking.

The location isnt good. The beech not in walking distance even though it says it is. Antibes is a little drive also.

First of all I have asked for an additional bed that was confirmed but they never got it! Also was missing pillows and towels for the kids! The breakfast is really expensive for what you get! But the worst of everything is the old man that works at the pool! Hé wants to Make sure people follow the rules but the way he does it is totally inacceptabel! Hé keeps looking at you ALL the time! He called our attention several times: we were making too much noisa , we moved the sunbed, we walked with shoes where It is not allowed, we did not washed our feet well, we did not put our hair up well and i could go on and on!! He took away our holiday feeling and made us feel in a military service! We were going to complaint immediately but we just decided to never ever book this place again! Maybe he did not like that we have kids, but then this hotel should not take reservations for families and keep only the old people (that were 98%of the people anyway)

The view of the room was amazing and the bed was big and confortable. The pool is nice!

Food was disgusting , the seafood spaghetti , the veal plate , breakfast! On telling the food is not tasty and smelly the waiter said It won’t be FREE. I don’t care I only need good food. I order salad and ate that .. the room were not clean , has spider web the balcony was not clean , no room service .

The rooms felt pretty tired with several things broken (e.g. bath plug and towel rail), we only had 2 chairs on the balcony despite there being 3 of us booked and staying in the room. The bar area and seating was chaotic at times with lots of dirty glasses left on tables or the bar for hours and broken glass on the terrace. The bar tender also tried to serve us an (expensive!) beer in a dirty glass he had picked up from the bar counter. The lifeguards weren't around much at the pools and one particularly grumpy hotel employee (wearing black t-shirt and shorts - nothing showing he worked there) was going around telling lots of people off. No air conditioning in the sweltering gym. Inconsistent information being given (some of us were told it was ok for children in the indoor pool at certain times and others in our group no children allowed at all). The corridors by the rooms in building 2 had dirty dishes from room service left out for hours too with no one collecting anything from mid afternoon to mid morning. The location was not great. No short cut to the seafront so it was a 15 min walk to a less nice pebble beach and any shops despite it looking very close on the map. A 10 min drive into Antibes means you need a car (or use taxis) to get around. Overall it felt overpriced for what you get and more like a 3 star than a 4 star.

Some staff were friendly and helpful. The minibus into the old town was useful (but only ran a few times a day and could only take a maximum of 8 people). The beds were comfy and it was nice having a balcony and decent air conditioning. The water dispenser was great for staying hydrated. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choice but they stopped replenishing food an hour before breakfast was due to stop being served so much less variety if you came for breakfast after 9.

The facilities condition are not up to a four star hotel . One of the pool was closed for consecutive days. The tile on the steam room in coming out. The carpet on the stairs from the second floor down is coming out. Carpet in all hallways to include room is old and stained. Observed dishes and cups from a room service set on a hallway next to a decorative flower base for three days and no room service staff ever picked it up. The breakfast in mediocre at its best. Not a lot of options for people with dietary restrictions such as gluten free. Not enough variety if fresh fruits and very little variety of charcuterie (again for a four star hotel). We even found mold in the vents of our AC :(

Housekeeping and pool staff are super unfriendly, they don’t wanna know, it’s like you should be grateful that you are there! Breakfast wasn’t 2/10. Some food was clearly re-heated for 2-3 days, if you late you don’t get any fresh fruit or bakery, I had to ask for eggs 2-3 times. Unfortunately you have to get breakfast there, nothing else around.

Best thing was that it wasn’t crowded, even it was a peak holiday/school holiday time, it wasn’t busy. Swimming pool was clean and tbe view was superb

Hotel is old, (1970s?), breakfast is the quality of a 1-2 star (very poor), Manager of the hotel has lack of customer service skills, air con cant keep up etc... all at a stupid price. Basically they charge what they like, and people come anyway because it is Antibes. It would all be fine at 1/3 of the price. But its expensive, and for that price... cr*p. 4 star because of "facilities", spa, swimming pool etc. but actual hotel, 2* with staff attitude that stinks.

Staff were very very unpleasant the Room they gave us air conditioning Didn’t work the Bathroom floor was wet all day long. The Portuguese cleaning lady second floor was very impolite. The staff at the breakfast didn’t even say hello the guy at dinner argued with us about the seats because we were two and sat in table of four even though the restaurant was empty. The guy at the pool told us to take our drink glasses and towels because he wasn’t a waiter which wasn’t a problem but why a 4 star hotel shouldn’t have waiter at the pool! By the way the guy at the pool felt like he was the hotel owner. We got massage at the spa and ask the lady to do it with more pressure she said she wasn’t going to because was hard for her!! So why did she choose to do this job? The only nice pleasant lady was Estella at the reception who was very nice and helpful. So overall very expensive for what it was didn’t enjoy our stay.

We booked a suite with sea view. The view was half blocked by another big building and the rest of the view distant over many ugly buildings in the foreground. Our suite was very disappointing. No character at all. Bedroom was adequate but the lounge area looked like it belonged to a two star highway motel. Not what you’d expect from a sea-view-suite in the South of France.

Spa is great, indoor Spa pool a real treat. Breakfast very good. Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
