There was no information provided written or given verbally on the amenities in the area by the staff or via hotel pamphlets. The hotel staff barely spoke English and it proved problematic to communicate any issues had with the room. A problem we had was reported and noted but not resolved as I feel it was due to the language barrier it was not understood.

The staff were welcoming and the stay was nice. The train stations were within walking distance to travel into Paris and link with metro

Location a bit further out than expected. Given we were coming with a car and travelling into town by train, we might have as well booked a hotel outside the eco car zone and taken a 15 min longer car train

Loved everything, would only change two things, standing showers instead of a bath and water bottles instead of the carton of water offered (1 per room) as it had this metal taste.

The staff when we checked in (two ladies) were extremely friendly and they were so helpful to change my room as initially we had a room with carpet, and I have some allergy issues, they swiftly switched us to a different room with floor boards and did so without too much hassle.

A wee bit far out if you want to pop in and out of the main tourist areas The shower base was slippery..could do with a non slip mat

Chose this hotel because it had a private carpark. It costs 15 euro per day. Initially a little confusing re location.of carpark....turn left immediately before hotel,then right and right again... carpark is underground...speak into intercom and say you have hotel reservation and door will be opened. Hotel was in quiet ,reasonably residential area..felt safe. Staff were very pleasant Large comfortable bed. Room tidied and fresh towels supplied every day, always plenty of hot water Kettle, fridge and microwave in room...we hadn't realised when we booked that for extra 10 euro per day could have additional cooking facilities unlocked and available to use ( we didn't bother)..might be of interest to some folk There is a Carrefour supermarket beside the hotel..ideal for milk bread salad etc. I noticed that there is a selection of microwave meals in the chiller cabinet... maybe not your idea of an evening in Paris but if you're tired and can't be bothered going out again..... Hotel is about 4/5 mins walk from train station..we didn't bother with metro...just got train to St Lazare and onto metro from there...we used the Paris visit pass but t plus tickets would probably have done the same job The hotel didn't feel far out re heading into the cente of Paris but it's not ideal if you want to explore then go back for a rest and head out again...bit of a trek and not much going on in this area in the evening The room was adequate for the two of us...we didn't mind that there was no sink in the toilet and no English TV channels ( as some others have mentioned)..we didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

The sofa-bed was not very comfortable even for kids. The people working there were not very helpful. The seemed bothered by us.

Rowdy hotel guests (a room change was needed). Noise between rooms travels easily through concrete floor and ventilation system. No organised café/bar and limited social space.

Comfortable sleep, bathroom, food options nearby. Coffee machine in the room.

First night was horrible, Paris was warm during our stay and A/C in the room was only set to warm. Window could not be opened since it was opening to a public balcony. We were sweating, couldn't sleep, wifi did not work in the room but worked ok just behind the room door. Very bad experience. Only good thing was after few tries and cries they upgraded us to a larger/better room free of charge. Location is further than it looks. Easy to reach to Paris city center by train but you have to follow the train schedules. Not too frequent.

Until our room was changed nothing, after the change a 7 room, relatively good sized (around 22sqm), just an ok

No English tv programme for the odd programme when relaxing after day out.

My weekend went very well visiting family,having a pleasant room to return to after a long day.
