Kitchenette could have a bit bigger.

Room was good and comfortable size. I had supeior double bed with extra sofa-cum-bed and all was very good. Hotel is at very convenient location to travel with kids as there are bus stops out of the hotel which can take you to the RER station. Lots of near by food shops and super markets to get the daily supplies. Foods gets delivered easily with Deliveroo.

It has a convenient RER station nearby but it still takes a long time to travel to Paris main points. I can't find anything bad about the property itself.

It was a good value stay with nice staff and a cozy coffee shop at the reception. The room had all we needed and was quiet.

Top management was always interfering in everything. No flexibility at all especially when you booked your room through booking.com. We come every 2 months to Paris and there is very little chance that we will book rooms in this property again as long as it is still the same top management running this residence.

The staff is really outstanding and always ready to help. We Would like to thank Nadia at housekeeping who went out of her way to make our trip pleasant and satisfy our needs. The staff at reception were very professional and gave good advices. It is a shame that the top management of the hotel isn't as good as the staff.

Great location close to RER station and nearby river Marne - great for runners with the Bois de Vincennes within a couple of kilometres. Super facilities for the price, well equipped and clean - a choice to repeat on my next business trip.

Good breakfast. Nice to have coffee machine in room too. Could have replaced capsules daily though when staying more than one night, rather than making guest pay for them for additional days.

A restaurant in the hotel would have been good as many of the local restaurants were closed (Public Holiday).

Room clean. All the facilities we needed. Staff very friendly. Quite easy to get into Paris. Parking very convenient.

You are unable to consume food unless purchased on the premises, even when buying drinks. We spent hundreds of euros on food and beverage in the hotel, but were told not to eat a sandwich bought off site, even though we had drinks from the hotel. Staff are allowed to eat their food in front of you in the evening from outside though, so it's a double standard. Quite sad really

This hotel is decent but it was pricey...The rugby world cup may have helped to inflate the price. It was ok for what I wanted and the staff were ok, but I wouldn't necessarily return at that rack rate.

There was only French TV with no sub-titles and no cable TV. There was not a lot of room for our luggage.

The room was a bright and adequate in size for our needs. The kitchenette was adequate with microwave and 2 hotplates. The bathroom was quite spacious and well appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful when needing assistance especially in giving directions and calling taxi's or Bolt's when needed.

Nicely furnished and very clean. Cosy room with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Hotel is situated in a quite area, outside the city centre but 10 minutes walk away from Joinville Le Pont RER.

I wasn’t impressed with the ‘inspection’ at the very end, I understand that is needs to be done but it felt like we were being assessed, and we weren’t allowed to leave until we’d passed? I booked for 9am (which was your insistence) and it didn’t get done until 9:30am (despite us working hard to get out the room and clean it). One of the staff members was having a coffee and cigarette outside while I waited for our check. I kept saying we had to go but wasn’t allowed to leave, we were late for our meeting with friends (who we haven’t seen in 3 years) as a result. This situation needs organising better and explaining? It wasn’t a nice way to end our stay which was otherwise very nice. I’ve never experienced this sort of thing before in accommodation. I've also fed this back to the accommodation since leaving and had no response which I think is quite bad.

Room was lovely and the view from the balcony was incredible. Good size for our family of 4 and nice facilities throughout the accommodation.

I loved the location of the property as well as the fact that there were stoves and microwaves in the room for us to use. The staff was also really friendly and helpful.

Parking was very small under the hotel and the signs to the parking were difficult to find.

Nice room we had voor 4 persons. Clean bed and one sofabed. Good location and quiet room on 4th level. We got extra pillows as we requested. Also coffee machine and water heater for tea and refrigerator was in the room so we could keep drinks cold. Also the hotel had nice breakfast with variety of foods

For us, the absence of a toilet brush is a big minus. Strong smell from waste in the hotel premises, but ok in the room.

Clean and spacious rooms, new and modernly equipped. It's great that there is a kitchen and a fridge in the room.
