A plain coloured cover on the bed settee is probably not the best choice as it was showing discolouration in areas. A patterned fabric may be more practical. There were a couple of stains on the curtain at the kitchenette end.

Fantastic location. Walkable to the centre of the city. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk.

The apartment is in a great location and they have designed the layout to make it feel spacious but with all the facilities you need. The self check in was easy and the apartment was very clean.

The stairs were very steep. There was no warning about the stairs and a person with a walking problem could not of got to the apartment.

The AC was spitting out black solids onto the floor and bedsheets. These would then smudge when I tried to clean them up.

Felt like the place could have been cleaned better. There was a huge disgusting stain on the blanket that was put on our bed and the pillowcases didn’t smell fresh. Also quite a few hairs in the bathroom, which of course happens, but considering the price, felt it could have been a bit better cleaned.

Property location was great, easy walk into town and nearby restaurants etc. Place was a decent size and bed was pretty comfortable too.

At first we did not find the sign and contacted the owner and he assured us we were at the correct location. After that everything went very smooth. We enjoyed the aquarium motif of the room, it was very calming.

Nothing not to like! The apartment is on the third floor but the exercise is good for you!

Clear instructions to enter the lobby by key code and then the key by another code. Simple and efficient. The location is superb in the centre of toen and we had no trouble parking the car in numerous nearby car parks - in fact the final night we parked outside the front door which was free from 7pm to 9am when we left the following day!

The stairs were quite noisy. You could hear everyone that walks up and down the floors. Also the corridor in the building was a bit messy and not as tidy as someone would expect.

Flat was clean, had air conditioning, and a combo washer/dryer. The location was also great, walkable to most of the sights on Bordeaux.

Access from the street is via a tight corridor filled with laundry trolleys which gives a bad first impression. Three flights of stairs could be a problem if you have heavy luggage but overall everything very clean and tidy.

Nice clean flat (we had the top flat in a building with several apartments) with good amenities should you wish to self cater. The day we arrived it was 36 degrees in Bordeaux but the flat was nice and cool. Great location as just around the corner from the tram line (Hotel de Ville stop which goes straight to/from the airport in approx 40 min - no change required- and at only 1.80 euro each way). Great access to town centre/shopping/ pedestrian areas/restaurants. Extra bonus if required. : there is a cafe (Marie Annie) around the corner who lets you leave luggage for the day I would certainly recommend this place and would hope to return to it.
