Emergency Exit light in bedroom is awful. I had to cover it to sleep. Not sure why it’s in the room. Should be in hall!

Nice staff - easy check-in. Fruit basket at check in is a nice touch. Cute ambiance.

The TV always off and no football channel and when I asked the response was I am supposed to have abonement on my phone, how can a visitor on temporary stay subscript on that type of services

Stayed one night before our AM flight out of CDG. It is 10-15 min to the airport. Anna in reception was great. She gave us a better room (#101) at no extra cost. It was quiet. There is free bottle of water and coffeemaker in the room. Bed was comfortable. I personally like my bed firm. There was a pillow top that made the bed softer probably preferred by others. There is a café bar restaurant and items for purchase IE drinks, snacks, beer, wine etc in the reception area. For the price of the room compared to other hotels in the area it was overall a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again.

Slightly grumpy staff on reception, and the fact that the shuttle buses stopped at 2100, and didn't start until 0600 in the morning, so I was bit stuffed and had to get an Uber. Other thing I really didn't like was the fact that they took a 100 euro "security" deposit, never had that, ever, the fact was that it could take up to 7 days for the money to reach your account. On that fact alone i would not recommend this hotel. Sorry.

When we arrived at the airport we expected a shuttle, but there is none to pick up. We called the hotel and did not get clear instruction on what to do ( after a 12 hour flight, we were tired and confused). Ended up taking a cab and got ripped off by paying 38 euros for a 10 minute drive.

We totally enjoyed the huge selection of breakfast food. The young lady that prepared the breakfast environment was amazing and very helpful. The front desk people were extremely helpful and spoke English.

The center of Paris is not nearby. In the restaurant, the scrambled eggs and bacon were undercooked.

The on-site restaurant was very good. It is a very good value. It is very close to the Paris CDG airport.

People at reception , at the bar , at restaurant... , very nice , very smiling , listening , very helpful. I like the style , cosy , different for each room and not standardized. I like the atmosphere. Breakfast was good.

I wasn’t aware that you had to pay for the shuttle.no shuttle w/ the hotel till after 6:00 p.m. when we arrived back to airport from Paris to catch the shuttle. So had to get a taxi for 25 euros.

Everything was fair. I traveled with my family. And hotel provided 2 linked rooms. Which was very convenient. The mattresses and pillows are comfy. And we had a good sleep. 10 minutes walk from the hotel there is a street with 5-6 decent restaurants.

The gym was a joke - bike was broken, treadmill creaked & a need for more weights if you actually want to do anything

Very surprisingly great stay the staff were amazing & the hotel has a really great vibe about it. Food was also yummy at the restaurant and beds super comfortable!

Strict with check in times.

Great location. Stayed on arrival and departure in France. Good restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Park behind hotel with local streets featuring bakery and Casino (small supermarket).

My only complaint is that the green emergency exit sign in my room was WAY too bright. I need a dark room to sleep in - this is a terrible addition and really not needed. I couldn’t completely cover but did my best to climb on chair and darken it. There is absolutely no reason for this light. The extra “caution” charge is unnecessary when you have an imprint of credit card already. I had to ask to have it removed in the morning and as I needed a receipt. An avoidable step.

Love the vibrant, colorful and clean facility. The staff upon arrival are extremely courteous and welcoming. Convenient to Roissy village and the park. Enjoyed having a selection of fruit at the front desk - nice treat after a long 10hr flight!

Strict on check-in times. Difficult to locate airport bus and when found area, waited ages so took an Uber.

Helpful staff. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Room sufficient and clean. Comfortable beds. Great value for overnight stay. Took Uber to Aéroville shopping centre 10min away. Walked around area of hotel. Behind is a bakery and small convenience store and chemist. Park behind was lovely too. Booked again for return.
