Mold, there is black mold on the walls and on the curtains, these rooms should not be sold to customers, it's really disgusting, please search other hotels.

Good location, close to Eifel Tower, good breakfast, comfy bed, fast hot water, good AC.

The unpleasant welcoming!

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. The room is decent, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom/toilet is functional. It is value for money for single occupancy and short stay. However, there are two negative points I noted: 1. The welcoming was not great. Check in time is 14:00. I made an online request for check in between 13:00 and 14:00 and received a reply that the hotel would do its best to accommodate, which I perfectly understand. I reached the hotel at 13:15 and by the time I completed the check in formalities, it was almost 13:30. However, I was told by the lady at the reception that a room would not be made available before 14:00 as per the rules, that rooms needed to be cleaned before they are offered to incoming clients (quite normal and obvious) and that she could not allow early check in. In decent hotels they will check the availability of rooms on their system and advise you accordingly. When I showed the message on my mobile to the lady, she started arguing without any courtesy, giving me a first bad impression already. Then suddenly the room was available and she handed over the key to me!! 2. The housekeeping lady is unprofessional. I stayed three nights and she did not sweep the room at all. The tea cups I used were not properly cleaned (I had to clean them again myself), tea bags were not replaced. I had to wait for her in the corridor and specifically ask her to mop the room. They badly need to improve in terms of service quality. Otherwise, the other staff at the reception on the other days I stayed were very helpful, friendly and courteous.

The room door and walls were thin and could not stop the noises coming from the corridor.

The room and bathroom was tidy and well-equipped. The staff were helpful and kind. Perfect option for a short stay in the city!

No elevator our room was on third floor so walking with luggage was a little workout but not horrible

All the rooms we redone and look nice. The location was good uber to Eiffel tower only 10euro walking 35 mins

The location was right next to a subway station so very easy to get around., For the rate of the room it was a good deal. The room and bathroom was clean and a housekeeper came each day of our stay. If you are wanting a nice place to sleep while you explore Paris during the days this is a nice and simple stay.

Room size is not large. The reception area looks old. The stairs looks old and the staircase is narrow. There is no lift.

The price is cheap compared with others. It is close to a Metro station. The room condition is fine although the room size is not large. The breakfast is fine considering the price. There are restaurants nearby.

My room was cleaned and necessities were supplied but it wasn’t swept every day. No bottles of water or tea in the room.

It is in a very accessible area, 2 metros around, a restaurant across the hotel, a supermarket, etc. I loved how accessible it was. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There is no ventilation or windows in the bathroom. Our sheets and towels were not changed on the first day. The noises coming from outside the room were very loud because of poor isolation.

The room was cozy, perfect if you're only staying at the hotel to sleep and then explore the city during the day. The staff is respectful and kind. Great position - close to the Metro.

In the evening the reception area was often very noisy with members of the hotel having loud discussions in public. That was very unpleasant.

This is a small and friendly hotel, ideally located in a quiet area just south of the Latin Quarter.
