Even if this location advertised pet-friendliness (and even had "Welcome!" notes on the menu chalkboard with pets' footprints), our dog was not allowed in the restaurant area or at breakfast the next morning. A bit of a paradox, but our dog was fine staying in the room for a bit. The air was a bit stuffy/musty in our room, so we had to open the windows/doors to air it out a bit.

The staff was nice, bed comfortable, WiFi fast enough for streaming a Youtube video and TV quite large- something we dearly missed at other places. The parking lot was large, easy to just park and go in. The rooms are all accessed separately, more like a motel, so it seemed like our own little place. The breakfast was nice with fresh juice, coffee, fruits, breads and meats etc. Dinner the night before: even if our dog was not allowed in the restaurant, the person at the front desk said we could order and he would deliver the food to our room. That was such nice service!

Just a small concern about slippery conditions when stepping out of the shower/bath. A little hazardous for older clients.

Cosy room, good hot water for shower, quiet location, easy walk to supermarket or a stroll around the water way behind the hotel. Very friendly staff. Delicious & inexpensive dinner. Plenty of car parking spaces.

Couldn’t eat at the restaurant!

Convenient stop over when travelling from Germany. Fine for a one night stop. Comfortable bed, staff pleasant, but we’re unable to eat at the restaurant because there was a large group eating and the chef was on holiday, so needed to go elsewhere.

Basic motel-style rooms, but well-furnished and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Parking was easy and we were able to store our bikes in the secure lock-up.

No air conditioning- it was a very hot day Hairdryer didn't work and was very dangerous with exposed live wires. My husband received an electric shock from it. Also, broken chair in room.

This like other Campaniles we’ve stayed in are starting to look tired and could do with some renovation. Restaurant menu was a bit limited and some items displayed were not available. For an overstay it is expensive compared with, say, Premier Inns in UK

We had formed the idea this chain was a bit more comfy than similar motel types used when driving across France but it was disappointing. Perhaps not their fault but it took ages to find the carpark entrance as all online maps led us to the back where you can't drive through so make sure you access from the front road only. Not a fenced locked carpark here. No cups in the room and reception had closed by then, a double room but we only found 1 of each: tea bag, tesana bag, coffee sachet, sugar, milk capsule, and 2 smallish towels so either the room was unprepared or half hearted effort. Expected simple, clean and convenient and it was, but shoddy, old dusty cobwebs outside our door full of dead spiders over the fire extinguisher. Need a bit of tlc outside too.

Reception desk helpful and friendly in open hours. Booking and cancelling easy which is good when travelling and maybe not sure how far you'll get and where sleeping en route. Sheets clean but had to make own bed, although it was comfortable. OK as too hot to need the quilt, would have been less acceptining if had to put that in its cover! Kettle provided. Cosy lighting and comfy bed. Quiet when we were there.
