We booked a room with single bed, we had a room with 2 small beds They changed towels every day ?? Only one toilet flush (single button) using lot of water !!

The price. It doesn’t matter to me that they sell this on location and occupation. The first time I stayed it was about 60 euros the second time it was about 130 euros. The Hotel is not worth more than 70 euros.

The room was nice, just some spiders in. We didn't take the breakfast, so can't say anything about it. Bed was made as well and really confortable, bathroom was really clean, good point ! The team in reception was kind and really disponible.

We got given the wrong room and had to share the bed instead of a bigger room with single beds. The room is right by a very busy road so very noisy.

The room was small i know that’s what i booked but there wasn’t any other left. No fridge, nothing to store food in it. The check-out time is too early but it’s good that they have a storage room to keep our luggage. I put on the do not disturb sign but they still entered the room and cleaned it in my absence. I don’t fully blame them maybe the sign flew to the ground because of the wind. There is no elevator only stairs and i had my luggage so it was kind of annoying.

The staff were AMAZING really helpful smiling all the time. The bed was comfy. There’s a storage room and a restaurant.

Nothing, the hotel now has improved since we last stayed here.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Easy to get to. The restaurant had improved enough to have a meal this time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was not that cleaned (hair in the bathroom from previous stay) and lots of flies/mosquitoes.

We like the location close to the city centre and easy to reach by Tram C

Used Campanile all over France years ago and then they seemed to offer better food than this one in Bordeaux Nord.

The Campanile was on the outskirts of Bordeaux but we were able to leave the car securely parked and catch a tram into the centre

Position was great - very close to bus and tram. Easy to get to with a car and parking was good. Great breakfast.

The carpet was run down and double glazing would be better as I could heard the music from a rave nearby in the middle of the night. Quite expensive for a basic motel room.

The only thing that disappointed me was that there were no bars around the hotel , just more hotels, also a mini fridge in room is really a must especially when the nearest supermarket is a fair distance away

It was a great location for matmut stadium and also the tram line The staff were pleasant and friendly especially Hèrve (Harvey) Who went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after, hope I got the spelling right 😉, The food here was also very good

Near the lake so some mosquitos if you are outside at night. Rooms are dated but very clean and well maintained.

Fantastic location for going to stadium, and near the tram as well to go into Bordeaux. Staff were fantastic and it was incredible value for money. Restaurant/bar was very good as well, and their Sea Bream (le plat signature) was fantastic.

Quiet, but near rwc23 stadium. Staff and bar restaurant were excellent considering I paid €100 total for 2 rooms with aircon
