How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The breakfast could be better.
A sweet little hotel in a lovely French town. We only did an overnighter here for a dinner we were attending close by, but it suited us just fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a little pricey because it was high season, and we were disappointed by the breakfast options. Breakfast was very expensive.

The parking was very tight and often full. SO we had to park outside in the town square. Otherwise, everything was superb!!!
We loved this very convenient, very clean, well-appointed and modern hotel in the middle of this wonderfully located little town. We love how there was a bustling square right in front, with lots of restaurants within 1-3 block radius. We did not take the breakfast package as there were many good patisseries in the area. Delicious pastries and cakes and good coffee! One night we came home late to find the town square bustling with activity in the form or a market and a DJ playing fun dancing music until very late. SO we ended up joining in the fun!!! Loved it! Very convenient location.

The breakfast was great, lots of choices everything replenished and a lovely area or terrace to sit in. All staff were friendly and approachable we will definitely stay again if we are in this area.

Located right alongside a very busy road during the weekend, quite difficult to enter traffic or maneuvers inside the parking.
Located on the side of the road. Parking in the back. Very spacious room, I think we got also un upgrade. Clean, comfortable rooms, standard continental breakfast on the top floor. Right across the road there are few streets with restaurants and pubs.

The rooms are small, but it's alright. Parking is also very small with very small access way. We came in in high season and the place is extremely over-priced. But it was last minute booking and there has been nothing else, so it has done the job.
Great view from terrace and amazing b-fast! It's probably family owned place and the lady is really nice and helpful. Nice yakuzzi on the terrace. Parking with gate.

Size of the room, very small but if you don’t spend time in the room is not a big problem
Very good location if you plan to visit Grace, free private parking, close to Mougins and Grace, small room but very nice and clean. They are having a jacuzzi on the terrace that can be used. The lady from reception was very nice and advised us to visit Mougins, a small village about we didn’t heard and that was very very nice

The room where we stayed was on the last floor, where was the restaurant also ,small but ok, i cant say much over it . The big problem is that they started preparing the breakfast at 06 00 in the morning and you hear EVERYTHING and of course we couldnt sleep after that, from chairs being dragged and not lifted, to the sound of plates and glasses Around 06.30 came the first people to eat and of course i could hear all their stories. I went outside and ask the receptionist,wich served the breakfast also, if she can be a little quiet with the chairs and the plates,and she replyed me in french of course,because she didnt knew english, that these are the rules of the hotel and that i can speak with the manager, without even saying sorry. I understand, you can put the breakfast even at 04.30 but on a separate level of with a better fonic izolation, but instead they put 2 rooms on the last floor to make extra money but they dont care about the comfort of these guest. So, keep in mind that you have to run from these 2 rooms wich are located on the last floor, nr 20 and nr 21.
