I was expecting a typical French 3* hotel. But the room was much better than expected. The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful. Well located at the entrance to the castle.

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful property, clean tidy and everything you need for your stay. The owner genuinely couldn’t have done more for our family, she was amazing - nothing was too much trouble at any time of day or night! I genuinely don’t know how she does….beds clean and comfy everywhere looks brand new! No need for a guide for pilgrimage or too the Grotto, as the owner directed us and gave us maps and lots of information and advice! 100% would recommend, it’s beautiful hotel with stunning rooms, and excellent customer service!

The place was run by the wonderful Frederique! She warmly greeted us upon arrival and gave us a helpful information about the hotel. Then the very next morning made us a very filling breakfast.

The location was superb. The hotel was amazing, clean, taken care of and local uniqueness. The views were just to a beutiful local street. Frederique could not be more welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely recommendable. All in all, we loved our stay in our family room.

Good location right under the castle walls. Staff had limited English but enough to bring out our limited French and made for a memorable visit.

They were very helpful. I regret not asking the ladies their names, but one of them helped us carry our luggages to our room while the other one helped us book a taxi for our early morning trip.

Since I do not speak French, the communication was a bit frustratingly on both sides despite using Google translate. I should have brushed up on French before leaving the US which is on me.

The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast which is not my favorite, although theirs was well presented. I had dinner one evening, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Sophia is a wonderful cook. The room was clean, and the staff maintained a very clean establishment. I would stay there again.

Location excellent walking distance to all of the attractions 10/15 minutes to the grotto all restaurants and shops are within walking distance lady’s who run hotel very helpful and let us keep room until our later check out time made us feel very welcome even though we don’t speak French we did communicate through our phone translator which was very helpful

The hotel was situated on a quiet cul de sac across from the Chateau Fort Musee Pyreneen. The sights of the shrine were an easy walk. The best part was the warmth, humor and hospitality of our hostess. She turned our stay at the hotel into a memorable experience. The breakfast was excellent in the bright dining room on the first floor. A truly wonderful time.

This place felt like home away from home. The team was so friendly and accomodating, and hotel is only a 10min walk from the Lourdes Sanctuary. Room was super clean as well with the required amenities. Lastly, do yourself a favour and have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, the team serves authentic homemade french dishes to die for! Thanks Frédérique and team for making our stay so enjoyable.
