The only issue was the difficulty in accessing the building. The door is kept locked, and there was no doorbell and nobody actively attending the entrance. We knocked several times and eventually called several phone numbers with no answer while we stood outside with our luggage. Eventually somebody inside heard us and let us in after 5-10 minutes of waiting. I wish they could fix this issue, as it really was the only problem with our stay.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and clean with modern appliances and updated features.

If you want to ask luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, you may discuss this earlier as there is no staff that is always present at reception. (otherwise, you can use a luggage storage that was easy to use about 5-10 min from the apartment - 4~6 euros by size)

The location was very nice, a wonderful park nearby in a quiet area. The train station is not far (10-15 min by walk) as well as restaurants and supermarkets accessible at 5 min by walk. The room was clean with every information supplied inside. The check-in process was informed by mail at check-in time.

While there was a washer/dryer in unit and the welcome info mentioned there would be one soap tablet to wash one load unfortunately we were not able to find it, and we did not have time to go to the store to buy one by the time we realized it. The elevator (tiny!) doesn't go up to the very top floor, just fyi if you are booking the top floor!

Quiet neighborhood location, right on a park, short walking distance into the city center. Easy street parking for our car. We were able to get into the building using the instructions and when we needed help getting the key to our unit the person at reception was very helpful. Lovely space, very clean, would have happily stayed longer!

It can be difficult to get a parking space on weekdays but after work hours there is plenty of parking.

The facilities were great, it was a perfect location to the city with a lovely walk through the park.

The high-tech checkin procedure was easy to understand using Google translate. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and very modern. The shower was amazing.

The bed was very soft. It's a shame the property doesn't have secure parking but spots on the street were not too hard to find close by.

Very functional and convenient studio apartment for great value. Dishwasher and washing machine! Good location with short walking distance to main attractions in Tours. Our stay was quiet but during low season we might also have been the only guests.

Central Parc was a very cosy space in a lovely green neighbourhood of Tours. I stayed here two nights and the apartment I had was spotlessly clean and very cosy with a view of the park across the street. I'd originally booked a smaller roomer, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a bigger one when I checked in. The room was good size with comfy beds and had everything you needed for your stay. It's about 10-15 minute walk to the center of Tours and to the train station in a calm area of the city. Although the property doesn't have a real reception as such, communication with the staff was very efficient and self check in smooth. Loved the park across the street and the cafe inside was a great place to get coffee!

Only a minor niggle is the toilet does not have a hand basin to wash your hands so you need to go into one of the bathrooms, I realise this is common in France but unnecessary as there is space to have one in this instance.

Immaculate accommodation, great position and good communication from staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again.

There is a tiny lift for your luggage, but you have to climb 10 stairs to reach it, which is not helpful. The soundproofing between the apartments in the old building is not great, and the whole building shakes when the washing machine is on spin cycle, so keep your voices down.

The instructions for opening the door and locating the keys were clear and helpful. The apartments are large and comfortable, with lots of glassware, crockery and a generous supply of coffee pods. The washing machine and clothes drying rack were a bonus.

Great modern apartments - we had two that shared the same floor and it was great for two couples. We could cook and hang out with plenty of space. Could walk almost anywhere. Loved the park across the street, which was teeming with locals every day.

Parking was a bit difficult on a couple nights, as the street parking is first come first served and spaces are very tight.

The Apartment is very well equipped, quiet, clean and has been nicely updated. The location is also good, right across from a beautiful park, with our windows facing the park, we were in the Tilleul Argente Apartment. An easy 10-minute walk to the historic center of town. Having access to a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The reception desk was available for questions and information. The bathroom was also nicely laid out and soap, shampoo were provided. There is a small elevator which was helpful to get our luggage up to the apartment. There is an outdoor space available if one wants to sit outside.

Lovely flat overlooking the Park. The lift is very helpful for the second floor. This was our second stay as we love the view of the park and close to centre of Tours for shopping and bars. The flat is quality, very well equipped with top quality appliances. Parking is on the roadside outside but be quick to grab a space when you can.
