The key system wasn't working. The only key was the the receptionist who had to come to the room and let us in every time we came back to the room.

Staff were amazing. Friendly, informative and shared some great places to eat. Staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond.

The young lady from breakfast was very rude and nervous, we asked for something and came and slammed it on the table, then we asked her a question about the coffee and she answered in a very bad tone, this is not the way you treat your customers, therefore no come back. Room very small, nice, but very small, window opens onto a closed, with no light, balcony. The entrence garage is awful, very tide, you go in, but very hard to go out.

The receptionists very nice and helpful, the garden beautiful and cosy, the room even if too small, with taste decorated.

Private parking is only for small cars (but it’s very common for Cannes, we parked in the nearby Lamy Parking). We would have appreciated the use of a real Spa with whirlpool, hammam and sauna (still closed for Covid).

Comfy bed, we enjoyed the macarons offered in our bedroom upon arrival and the little afternoon refreshment in the hall everyday. Nuxe products in the bathroom, good location (close to the city center and the private C beach), very good breakfast.

There was a door joining the room next door to ours which was closed, but we could still hear the conversation from that room while trying to sleep. Soundproofing in the doors could be beneficial.

The hotel is nice and well located (around 10 minutes from the beach). The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and big. The only one is that the room was on the ground floor and we had a wall view without lots of light. The parking place wasn’t provided by hotel. We parked on the public parking close to the hotel.

I found the hotel to be somewhat disappointing for a supposed 4-star establishment. The interior felt cheap, and the pervasive use of a low-quality spray created an unpleasant atmosphere, leading us to open windows for fresh air in our bedroom. Unfortunately, suspicions of a stolen item during our absence significantly dampened the atmosphere, making us feel unsafe in our room. Though addressed during check-out, it detracted from our overall experience. Additionally, the narrow garage, remained out of service since our September booking, a letdown for a January stay. The overall experience did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this rating.
