The staff were amazing, they took care of us and accommodated our every need. The property is beautiful and has history. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely return.

Parts of the site are still under development, but this did not spoil our stay. It just made us plan to visit again, when the works are completed.

Every aspect was excellent - in particular, the complimentary wine tasting, afternoon tea and breakfast. Service throughput was outstanding. A beautiful Chateau, with an excellent on-site restaurant.

Immaculate hotel, beautifully finished, wonderful grounds. Secure parking. We stayed in a cabin in the woods which was great. Everything feels brand new. Staff were beyond helpful, and the restaurant was superb. Excellent food and wine, very reasonably priced.

Didn’t realise we had to pre book going to the spa so disappointed we didn’t get to use the facilities. Needs a little bit of time to grown into itself as was very new.

Staff were excellent and location from Bordeaux airport was handy. Brand new everything and on site. Breakfast was monumental!!

This was an incredible find. Only opened in July and a new building is still under construction. All the staff were excellent and the restaurant on site provided one of the best meals we have experienced in recent years. The attention to detail in the refurbished rooms was first class and amazingly it welcomed our dog too.

It would be better if there was a bar to drink the wine in the evening. We didn't like the restaurant which is the only option for food/drink unless you drive.

The breakfast was great, the rooms and staff were fantastic. Being able to borrow electric bikes was cool.

Amazing experience staying in one of the new treehouses. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Finally, the restaurant is absolutely world class. A brilliant stay.

Unfortunately the restaurant was close for renovation. All the rest was great.

Beautiful location and very nice welcome ... I'm sure that visiting the place in spring or summer would even a better idea (in early January it was impossible to use the swimming pool and take advantage of the nice surroundings)

The house for visitors is very big, it has 4 spacious rooms on the first floor and the shared kitchen is downstairs. You have a fridge, coffee machine and quite a nice selection of tea. It is amazing place on a beautiful and vast property with a restaurant and wine shop. You can reserve a visite with wine tasting and even the promenade on the horses which is during the evening but need to ve reserved ahead.

The staff was not very helpful. The spa was in some kind of tent very far from the main building of the chateaux. In general, the chateaux in the photos seemed to be a big and old building, but it was small and totally renovated (not necessarily a bad thing but was the opposite of my expectations).

Bar is only open when the restaurant is in the evening. Our room was situated up some Metal staircase had feeling of emergency exit not in keeping with the chateau. Despite having a ‘named’ chef food was pretty mediocre and expensive my wife’s was undercooked twice!

Staff were very friendly and helpful the chateau is located in very nice grounds very peaceful.
