The only thing we did not like was the A/C was not working in hotel room and it was very hot.

Property was very close to Disneyland Paris, only 10 mins away with Uber ride.

unfortunately our air conditioning unit starting leaking during the night and woke us up. as it was early hours of the morning we just tried to mute the constant dripping sound rather than have to get up and tell reception and potentially have to wake the children by moving rooms but it was incredibly annoying - just one of those things.

We chose this hotel as a cheaper and convenient place to stay than the Disney hotels. It was a 15 min journey to the parks. There were no problems with the hotel and the breakfast was OK but quite expensive at 15euros. There is no restaurant but there are some nearby.

Breakfast was not as expected, typically french, but low quality and not much choice, especially not for healthy food.

Location perfect for Disney Land visits (upon arrival, take RER A from Paris to Val d'Europe and then an Uber (~12€), Uber to Disney Land 12€ as well. Rooms are simple but good for families (up to 6 beds per room)

Staff were exceptionally helpful. We had dinner in the garden, staff helped set up the tables and provided plates, cutlery and glasses. They even ordered the takeaway dinner for us in French.

We all loved it. The chirping budgies (Birds) and themed bird decorations made it feel like a garden to relax. We used the garden and tables to enjoy a drink and coffee. We liked the chickens in the garden too. Best Western Hotel has proven to us that it is not always the 5 star hotel that provides all. Thank You, and to Tania

With our original booking we didn’t include breakfast. When we arrived for check-in the front desk agent recommended us to the breakfast options, which was a great talent and selling technique and shows how experience the agent is. We took the breakfast but unfortunately we had to cancel it again hence the cancellation refund that was made. We cancelled because it turned out that some of us may be too tired to wake up after the day’s activities we arranged. Thanks

The hotel is in a residential area which threw us a little but we soon found it. There is free parking at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable (and the orange bathroom and real birds depicted on the wall paper were certainly striking). Breakfast was good and checkout was straightforward. It’s only about a 15 min drive to Disney so would be a good base either for the whole holiday or to get an early start on your first day.

Jacuzzi and Sauna werent included in price of the room additional charges to use them, only breakfest was available at the hotel needed to use uber food for anything else, bar was closed by 12 at night and no nightlife or bars near by. Nothing really within walking distances, needed to get ubers to train stations to get into paris or uber was straight to disney land. We traveled in a group of 7, one room was a "triple" the other two rooms were classic doubles, all rooms were the same size room with the triple having a extra bed in the corner which made it the smallest for space.

No frig in the room. There was no ice machine, vending machines. The A/C didn’t work. The wing we stay on the hallway lights were always off.

The staff was friendly and information provided was awesome.
