No elevator and narrow staircases( old historical building cannot gave these facilities, I assume). Was a bit loud in the night as some young tourists were having late party, and no reception/staff to solve the issue.

Very beautiful building with a big park! Nice breakfast! Easy to park( big parking lots next to palace and outside ). Very friendly staff, clear obstructions for those who arrive late ( after 22:00).

If the breakfast had been better, our stay would have been even more enjoyable.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated large rooms in the side building, not the main one. It was very spacious and comfortable. The castle’s garden was very enjoyable, making our stay very refreshing. It’s conveniently close to the center by car and has its own parking lot.

What a lovely hotel to stay! It was a whole different experience to stay in a castle inside a wide, publick park. It was like a dream come true. We will definitely come back!

Full of old world charm . Nice setting . Good breakfast. Staff helpful and multilingual. If you have to use walking stick etc ,ask them for first floor rooms .

The unrenovated rooms over the bar should be avoided.

On a previous visit, I stayed in the updated area of the facility, which is excellent. The free on-site parking is a rare find on booking, and very convenient for road trips.

I had no problems staying in the modernized part of the hotel.

Fantastic, updated room in the modernized part of the hotel. Ample parking is a key advantage to staying here. It's a short drive to a park and ride where you can ride a tram into the city.

Nothing major that affects our pleasant stay

Amazing experience. The location is great, and using the P&R Station, parking the car and using the tram for 4.5 Euro per car is an excellent solution. The Chateau main building and the surrounding looks very authentic and pretty . Staff is very professional and welcoming. Breakfast is reach and tasty, but it seems refilling some of the selection is a bit slow.. The room is very nice. Walks around the hotel in the woods are awesome.

Not sure why newer hotels put glass doors in the en suite - nothing screams romance like hearing your partner in the toilet! Apart from this, it was lovely.

Historical place, located in a beautiful park in one of the most quiet neighborhoods of Strasbourg. Room was very big, price very competitive I give it a 10 for couples !

A bit difficult the reach centre by public transportation, but this has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, it is just a bit remote and that is also what makes this property stand out in a good way

The location is breathtaking beautiful. The sauna was a nice extra, not big, but big enough for a few hours spend. Breakfast was really nice
