It does not have a hotel drive-in, so we had to walk 60m to be picked up/ drop off and drag our suitcases to the hotel

The location was so close to the metro which made it easy getting to and from the airport. Easy walking distance to the louve and Notra dame and the river.

I wish they had two bedroom apartments available because we are a family of 4, and we would've preferred not to have to pull out or sleep on the couch every night. The nearby streets were very lively and the restaurants were popular with the young working crowd. I wonder if our family would have fit in better in a calmer neighborhood.

We really like the concept of hotel apartments and will look for them for all future vacations! We appreciated the services and security of the on-site staff, the on-site laundry machines, the in-room kitchenette, and the air conditioning. There was plenty of closet/storage space, and the beds were comfortable. We had a courtyard room, and it was very quiet. This place was located right next to a metro stop, lots of eateries and shops (including Les Halles mall). It was easy to walk (15 min) to Ile de la Cite and the Louvre. We stayed here for a week and were very satisfied.

It would be nice if the hotel management paid attention to the homeless sleeping just near the entrance and made elements of protection from their "beds", otherwise everything looks unrepresentative (smell near main entrance from their streams in the sun also not good 🥴). In a nearby hotel called "N...tel" there is both protection and security. And why hot chocolate in reception isn't 24/7 (only coffee is available), but only till 11AM? It would be nice to replace the remotes for TVs, they have such a look that you don’t want to touch this greasy piece at all. Yes, and it would be nice to upgrade TVs so that you can transmit your signal from your phone or laptop to them.

Location is awesome - 30 seconds walk to metro, 10 min to Louvre. We were in an one bedroom apartment on the top floor overlooking the city, everything seems to be good, but the room needs a little renovation, it can be seen that it has already been tinted several times. The sofa in the common room is so that it is impossible to sit, it constantly falls apart. Kitchen - it would be nice to add salt and sugar on the table where is bottle of water. Very nice staff at the reception, everything is done well and quickly. A large luggage room is also good for those with early check-in or late check-out.

I arrived at 5pm and the room wasn't ready. I have to wait for 1hr toget the room key.

There is a espresso machine and water available 24hrs that I like. Location is good, close to the Louvre.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really welcoming on our arrival and throughout our short stay. On departure they again were very helpful in allowing us use of the facilities and storing of our luggage while sightseeing. The location is brilliant, just steps to a metro line and to a great bar. Could not fault the service and the staff..

I requested a double bed but got two singles. Surely in a property with many, many rooms, you could have provided a double bed as requested! I found it impossible to adjust the airconditioner in the room, which was annoying. Also annoying was when one lift stopped working, which meant the other one either took forever or was full all the time. It took three days for that to be fixed. I was disappointed that the room isn’t made up during the entire booking period (when I asked, they did make it up in the middle of my six night stay, but only because I asked, and no-one at check-in told me it wasn’t a daily service). Kids running up and down the corridor on the sixth floor was also annoying.

Location is perfect and right next to train and metro hub. Room was quiet, as requested, because it was at the back facing a courtyard instead of the street, but a loud gathering in the courtyard late one night disturbed that peace. I liked being able to use the coffee machine in the reception foyer.

Though formal check-in time is at 15:00, our room was ready only around 17:30. Had a long and tiring journey before and, thus, could not appreciate that. For such occasions hotel could offer discounts or provide some complement as a compensation. The second elevator had some issues for a couple of days. If one was not able to use stairs, the waiting time was around 10min.

Great location. In the city center, close to many landmarks, cafes and bars. Just 1min away from the metro. At the same time based on a rather quite street, so, was not bothered by the noise. Clean and well-equipped rooms. The building seems to have been recently renovated and furniture is in good condition. Cosy reception area with sofas and free water/coffee/tea. Friendly stuff willing to help.
