They were busy (low on staff) and forgot to give us the right amount of towels.

Close to the airport, and the tram is right in front of the hotel, leading you to either the airport (4mins) or to the center of Bordeaux (40mins - cost: 2 euros).

Arrival process was simple. The entry is funky, and creative, as is the decor. Its location is very convenient to the tramway system to either go in to the airport, or Bordeaux itself. Friendly staff, and a level of service beyond our expectation.

N/A - all was fine. The only thing I would improve is having electrical outlet near the bed but that is not necessary.

Exit airport to the left to follow pavement past car rentals and via two roundabouts to walk to the hotel in 15 minutes (or by tram one stop to ‘Caroline Aigle’). Friendly welcome for easy check-in and wi-fi access. Help-yourself water in reception. Fun colourful indoor and outdoor decor using up-cycled materials. Clean compact room with comfortable bed (firm). Super breakfast buffet (€9 pp) from early morning with delicious breads, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, fruit and opportunity to boil eggs to your liking. Good value on all counts. Tram stops directly outside, just 55 minutes to central Bordeaux. Next time I’d stay longer for city sightseeing and save the hassle of carrying bags and finding luggage storage prior to check-in at an inner city hotel.

Nothin was a concern for us. There are not many options for food close by, but the tram is right outside the hotel lobby, so no big issue!

Our stay at the Greet Hotel was perfect; the staff was friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms had everything needed. The value for money was great. The hotel is 15 minutes from the hotel room to the departure hall at the airport by foot (we timed it!). The road has a cycling lane and pedestrian lane, therefore it is safe to walk even when it is dark. We did it with our kids. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Something that could be improved is the signs and direction to the rooms on the upstairs floors.

I liked the decor and use of recycled objects in the foyer very much. The bar area was roomy with comfortable arm chairs and little tables to relax and have a drink.

Our fourth stay at Greet, very handy if we have an early morning flight or are a late arrival. Final tram/bus stop before the airport (Caroline Aigle) is right outside and only €1.80 to get you around the city if you have a day or so to explore (download the TBM - Transport Bordeaux Metropole app). Basic rooms so no tea or coffee making stuff but airy, clean with a good bed and no noise. Lots of toys and games about for kids to play with, even an outside table tennis area. Good inside and outside seating areas. Drinks at the bar, a perfectly adequate evening menu (it’s French, what did you think? You can always ask for a salad if you are over picky). Continental style buffet breakfast which starts at 5am for early risers (do your own boiled eggs). Great coffee, tea bags available but if you are from the UK why haven’t you packed some of your own? if you are wanting self important, look at me I’m so special then pay more somewhere else but if you want an honest, good clean, somewhat quirky hotel with friendly English speaking staff, close to the airport - this is the place.

For my surprise, as the hotel is very close to the Airport, I found the room bigger than the other hotels around the area. Extremely clean and very nice decor. Entrance the hotel is super cool, with game board, bar and lots of tables and chair. They also have a restaurant but it was close when I got there. If you are looking for a hotel that does offer more than just a room, go for this one. I highly recommend this place. I will book again in June as I have another super early flight.

The person at reception didn't seem to enjoy their job, they were not very cheerful. We were not provided with the wifi code in the room and I only found out after I had already showered and was ready for bed, so didn't feel like walking back up to reception to ask for it.

Perfect location near the airport if you have to catch an early flight. You can walk up to the terminal in about 10 minutes. The lobby looked nice with playful and modern decoration. The room was clean and the bed comfy. A direct tram line from Bordeaux center stops right in front of this hotel so it's also easy to get to from the city.

Room basic no table other than a folded metal one hanging on a hook, and no information on internet till the morning (I arrived after midnight,was tired and didn’t ask) stairs The room was adequate, the ambience pleasant, and the breakfast very good. I would stay again,
