Standard room has a double bed of 140 cm. We made an upgrade to a room with a 160 cm bed. This is recommended.

The hotel is a little dated and while the room was well presented it lacked a fridge and was a little small.

Not much! If I'm being nitpicky, it would be nice to have dish soap to clean dishes and maybe wine glasses ;) Breakfast is always great but maybe could be stocked a tad better for us latecomers.

This hotel has been our midway stop from Barcelona to Switzerland for more than ten years. The staff has always been amiable, attentive, and accepting of our canine daughter :) We usually book the junior suite which is spacious and with nice amenities. We will keep coming back!

Could have better explained how to arrive by car. Eventually we made it to the parking area in the inner courtyard, but we had to stop on the curb first in front of the hotel to find out what we had to do.

The breakfast room was large and well lit with a lot on offer.

The hotel blocked 100 euros per credit card which we rarely experienced in a hotel.

The family suite was nicely distributed and there was a fridge and a coffee maschine. Check in and parking was easy as the parking is in an seperated backyard. The location was really nice and you could reach plenty of restaurants and the old city center after a 5 minute walk.

Valence is a lovely place, the position near the parkwas perfect as we had our dog with us. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Such a comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

I was charged €285.20 deposit on arrival 21/11/23 and they said it would be returned upon departure which it was not then on Saturday 25/11/23 they withdrew another €193.20 out of my account I have been trying to recover the €285.20 without success

Unfourtunatly when we arrived the elevator was not working. The staff did put us in a room on as low a floor as possible and helped us with our luggage.

Hotel in a good central location. The hotell is very dog friendly and there is a large park within a 5 minute walk from the hotel, perfect for dog walking. We had a room facing the main street and it was surprisingly quiet in the room with the windows closed. There are lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Parking is in an open area at the back of the hotel and it is secure. It is suitable for large cars and cars with roof boxes.
