Thin walls and tight corridors on each floor. The neon light of the corridor on my floor was flashing. I was felt myself like in a horror movie or a game. There was no any breakfast available in the hotel unfortunately. Small elevator.

Food shops are in the neighbours. The place was inside Zone 1. Main public transportation lines were very close to the hotel. Fast Wi-Fi connection. Central heating was working fine.

The tap water strongly smelled of chlorine, it was quite disgusting to brush teeth with it, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no smoke detector.

Friendly staff, the price corresponds with the room condition, easy check-in, warm room, comfortable bed, enough space.

Room didn't seem to be cleaned before my arrival. I had hairs on bedsheets and very dirty glass in bathroom.

I could hear everything people were saying in the rooms/corridor (I did have earplugs fortunately, otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep); the blanket was very thin, so the heating had to stay on to sleep comfortably (winter-time); bed really should be replaced, old spring-mattress, noisy and uncomfortable

location was great for me (symposium at university, so within walking distance), room was clean and had enough space to be comfortable as a single traveller

It would be nice to have more soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The location is perfect, there are many cafes or bakeries within a few minutes walking distance, same for the subway station. The men working at the reception desk are friendly. The room had everything we needed. We just wanted a place to sleep and take a shower, we spent the whole days outside exploring the city, and this hotel was a very good choice for this purpose, especially because it’s not expensive.

They do NOT respond to emails AT ALL. I had a duplicate charge because I used a different card at check-in and they charged me the 115 EUR cancellation fee after charging me the full amount the day of check-in. I had to wait a full month for the statement to close to send proof with full credit card number because the screenshot does not have full card number online, only on the statement. Had to pay the interest because they don't reimburse for that. Still waiting for this website to reimburse or dispute with my bank they charged the cancellation fee on and they credit the charge AND interest. A huge disaster in protocol and professionalism. Do not use a DEBIT card, your money will be tied up for who knows how long! I am waiting more than 1 month now...

The staff on-site were nice and inviting. The location is safe for Paris.

Not necessarily dislike but you should kniw there are no fridge and aircondition in the room, no breakfast and you cam hear noises from the outside. But still this is very good option if you need to stay a coupoe of nights, have your own space and have likited budget.

Good location, close to metro line 4 (5-7min walk), relatively quiet area (nit next to main road or station), good value for the money. And staff let me to check in before official check-in time.

No breakfast, or at least I didn't find it. Wi-Fi was very bad, sound isolation was very bad: with door closed you could still hear people walking in the room next door, and the room was very hot without airco.

The room has everything you would need but nothing more. Easily reached by public transport, both a bus station and metro station on walking distance.

Quite noisy on 4 of our 7 nights stay. Noisy (squeaky) lift doors that woke us up several times. Mainly clean but one or two areas neglected. Exterior not appealing with dirty awnings and closed restaurant.

Two out of the three reception people were very friendly and helpful. Location handy for metro and bus. Good wifi. This is a budget hôtel. Clean bedding and towels but could do with mattress protectors.

The room was not soundproof. I could hear every sound in the hallway on my floor.

The hotel gave me a large room with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and TV. The bathroom was large and comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was also good, a short 10 minute walk from a metro station. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The area felt safe

When booking on the website, one photo of the room was indicated, but in reality we were settled in a completely different room. The double bed from the description turned out to be a one-and-a-half bed, which only fits 1 person. Two large-sized people will not fit there. There is no holder in the shower, so it is inconvenient to wash, you have to hold the hose with one hand. The windows faced the wall of another building, although the site promised gorgeous views. There is also an unpleasant smell in the lobby. When cleaning the room, the floor was not wiped.

The rooms are newly renovated, with new furniture, with clean bedding. Wi-Fi works perfectly. The TV has the youtube channel. Every day the room is cleaned and towels are replaced.

The room was not super clean and it was obvious that the construction of some details was of low quality. It caused no problem at all but could make an impression of very cheap place. All in all, it was all good.

It was a low budget 2* hotel so I did not have high expectations. It was a decent place to sleep over the weekend in Paris. The location was a bit far from the center but in a very nice residential quarter with sufficient public transport connections in walking distance. It was also easy to walk across the inner city to get there. The cleaning service provided clean towels when it was needed which kindly surprised me.

Even though the bedsheets and towels were clean and the room itself was decent - there was obvious lack of regular deep clean. Noise from the inside is high and it may not be tolerable to some people (for me it was ok). Week after my stay they still hold my deposit and they charged me fir the stay. So at the moment i feel like i was charged twice. haven’t had this experience with any other bookings. If you are a budget traveler that is not good. If they would of given my deposit back it can be a better. As of now because of the deposit i can not recommend this place as i feel cheated.
