We did not get proper towels for a couple. One day we got only one bath towel and one face towel, another day we got two face towels. The position of the radiator thermostat was not nice, the consequence was that we hit it several times while passing next to it.

The cleaning when we arrived, found nails in the bed proving that the linen was NOT changed. After complaint the cleaning was changed.

Not to bad for spend few days, comparing price and location. Hotel needs to be refurbished, curtains need to be changed. And the sheets MUST to change after each costumer leave.

The room could have been cleaner (dust in corners), room service did come everyday but did not make the bed or change the bed linen which would’ve been nice. Walls to other rooms are rather thin so one can easily listen in on conversations next door. I had quite a loud fridge in my room which I needed to unplug in order to sleep.

The room was extremely small. I literally had to move the tiny desk to even open a mini fridge. Other than the bed, there was one foot to its right and front, and about 3-4 feet of space to its left. The room is about the size of a prison cell. The bathroom is also tiny... so small that I had to angle my body to stand in front of the sink because there's so little space between wall and shower. Also, no AC and very few outlets on the walls (only one on the wall opposite of the bed and this one is for TV... so we had to unplug the TV so we could have fan blowing from the bottom of the bed).

It was clean and location was pretty good. The staff was very nice.

The bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked. The room was too dark and the lights did not work as well.

Very good location, near to several metro and bus stations. Nice and vibrant area. Good price-performance, especially in Paris. Fresh towels every day. Not very fresh or aesthetic but still better than some places.

Hotel is decent, but needs renovation badly. I stayed in a one person room so the size was accordingly small, it's ok, but the bathroom was way too small, no room to sit properly. A couple of towels were ripped a little bit. All in all it's ok for someone who just needs a clean bed and shower and just comes back to the hotel to sleep like me, but if you want to relax and some comfort than it's not for you. There was an old (but working) mini fridge in the room but no kettle, but i didn't ask for it at the reception. All in all I would say the hotel is decent enough.

It can be pretty noisy, and hard to communicate with the staff, who don’t often seem to be around.

The room had been recently renovated and everything seemed very clean. It’s accessible to the subway and an excellent bakery next door open very early to quite late, in an area with a lot of food options.

The hotel room hasn't been updated for the long time. The cabinet under wash sink seem to be broken. Overall it is very basic.

Price, compared to other hotels. Location was accessible by the metro and neighborhood is nice.

Cleaning of the room could use some improvement. But - it was decent enough at a low price.

Excellent location next to the subway in a nice residential area in Paris. Not exactly in the centrer - but close enough. And super easy to get around with the subway. Very close to the Pere Lachaise cemetery.

one night, I couldn't get in through the front door. it was locked and I hadn't gotten any passcode to get through it. and the personel had said the door was open 24/7. I tried calling and checking documents. no luck. in the end, some guy came who had a number that responded. I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't showed it. I only waited 5-8 minutes - but it felt terrible, since it was 2am in the night.

The rooms were like made of wood, it was quit loud. I could hear my neighbors very clearly. The bathroom was very smal, and sink was so small and old that was not comfortable to even wash hand. My room on the first floor was with stairs. The reception could not speak english. There was on solid soap, which i didn't like and I bought one liquid soap myself. And for shower they provided first day, two small packets, including once use shampoo.

The location was in the middle of city. Many restaurants around. Bed was good.

- lift not working - no staff at the reception early in the morning, so we were not able to store our luggage after checkout

+ Location: it's quite a distance from the popular tourist spots but it is only a few minutes walk from a metro and bus station, and it will usually take 20-30mins to reach the sites; there are also a lot of restaurants and cafes just outside the hotel + Staff: the person who was there when we arrived speaks little english, but we managed to communicate with the help of google translate and he was able to grant our request Overall: good value for money, as long as you are not looking for some luxurious place

- the toilet seat in my bathroom was broken and couldn't be used (I had to lift it up). To be fair, I didn't report it because I was too tired and didn't want to deal with it so I don't know how the hotel would handle it. If they see this review, please fix it in room #24. - the cord of the mini fridge was too short to plug it in where it was placed - if there is a loud neighbor on the floor, you'll hear everything. Not the hotel's fault though.

- super close to a subway station - there is a supermarket, a few cafes and a bakery nearby - it's bare basics but functional for what I needed (a place to sleep) - more space than I expected - no problem with shower water (hot enough with good pressure) - there is a radiator in the room in case it gets cold

The lobby has a bad smell, and my bathroom had a bad smell when I arrived, it did not smell clean at all

Good location, close to metro so you are well connected, many good restaurants nearby. Room is comfortable. Great heating though, it was freezing outside but the room was warm and comfortable
