Elevator stops between floors. If you are older or handicapped it would be difficult to gain easy access to your room.

Clean room, helpful staff, good location. Near Metro station, many dining options. Aldo bus and tram stops nearby to many major sites such as the Louvre. Good buffet breakfast.

Just that its is a bit noisy as it is an old building and you can hear the adjoining rooms - but it is an older construction so no soundproofing - c’est la vie!

Been booking the hotel for a number of years now and it is great every time. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the housekeeping staff are great - they are immaculate when cleaning and refreshing the room and always say hello in the morning; lovely people!! Location is great for the Latin Quarter and Rue Mouffetard which is always wonderful. Neighbourhood is lively but hotel is nice and quiet at night.

The shower had low pressure.

The hotel is very close to Place D'Italie - you can get anywhere in the city by metro/ bus. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were able to leave our luggage before the check-in and after the check-out, which we really appreciated. The room is comfortable and clean.

Toilet was a bit weird in our room, we had to flush it 2-3 times to get paper to go down which is a waste of water.

the hotel is very good, it is very clean, the staff is very kind, there is someone at the reception 24 hours a day. Safe region, and great connection to all the important places to visit... just by metro 6 or metro 7. The metro station is 3 min from the hotel... My recommendation for this hotel.

Lift was between floors, so whatever floor you were on, you had to drag your suitcase. I had a husband who could do it for me.

Nice hotel with a personal touch, in a relatively quiet side-street, still only 150 meters-walk from Place d'Italie metro-station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent with a quite large choice, compared to Paris-standards. Our room had a large double bed, which is also rare in Paris hotels.

Shower was a little old/could do with a bit of maintenance, however the water was hot and the water pressure was good. The room didn't have air-conditioning which I thought would be fine in winter but it got very hot at night and if we opened the windows it got a bit too noisy for us. We managed but I don't know what it would be like in a warmer month.

Great location for the metro, plenty of local restaurants. Good value for money, appreciated being a little further away from the busier parts of town. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and staff were really friendly.

The breakfast apart from the coffee was dull with little or no hot food and variety. The staff seemed somewhat surly for no apparent reason. Also there was a woman in the corridor talking loudly on her speaker phone at 7 am on a Sunday morning - could hear everything through the paper thin walls. There seems to be serious deterioration to an outside balcony (room 57) and also water is coming through brickwork where it shouldn't (when it rains...). It was an interesting one night stay.

The room was a good size and comfortable. The location is handy as you can access central Paris in 15-20 minutes. The coffee was good at breakfast.

The hotel is located in a good location near a metro station. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast didn't have a wide variety, but it was of good quality. I greatly appreciated that they offer luggage storage service after checkout.

Not so much we didn't like it, but we found it difficult space wise to manage our luggage, because of the small room, which is however not uncommon in Paris. Luckily we only had one luggage with us. With two, it would have been problematic.

The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations and bus stops, making it very easy to reach any part of the city within 330 minutes. The room was very clean and quite comfortable, despite its size. Even if it was facing the street, we found the windows were shielding the noise quite well (in summer time it can be different though) and the courtains were also very efficient in stopping the light coming in the morning. The room was also quite warm, but I didn't see any ventilation system, thinking of the summer periods. The breakfast room was small, but very cosy and comfortable, with a vert good breakfast provided. We would definitely come back again.
