Rooms are hot, the cool fan does not cool room. If you have a room in the street it is very loud.

The communication between booking and the hotel for the twin beds. Always frustrating when you arrive late after a busy long day and see the room does not match the demand… Bit the hotel staff managed it very well at the end. Thanks again!

The closest station is a ten minute walk (approx 400-500 meters) so you should keep that in mind. Uber pick up and drop is easy at the location. My first room (room 31) was very very tiny and uncomfortable. But after the upgrade I loved my new room.

The staff is lovely. My room for the first two nights was very small and the wifi won't connect (I won't recommend the corner rooms), but then they upgraded my room. Everyone at the hotel was very warm and sweet, special mention for Antonio and Kevin. They'll help you with the luggage, and with any other advice you need about whereabouts.

The only hotel negative for us was the limited selection for breakfast but my children are fussy eaters. Also- tourists (especially with children) going around the city, be wary of men approaching with pieces of string... they make bracelets then demand money for them and circle you until you pay. A scary experience for us.

Location was excellent for safety and not too far from the metro. Our triple room was comfortable, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Antonio on reception was so helpful and friendly!

The bathroom light was on a timer which was a bit annoying as our bathroom door didn't shut properly so had to wait for the light to go off. Also our room didn't have bedside tables which was a bit annoying to have to keep our stuff on the floor...

Perfect location. So many great restaurants and shop nearby. 5-10mins walk to metro station. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room design is not very modern but clean enough. There is a very beautiful home-like common area on the 1st floor providing for the quests to stay to have a chat or drink.

The breakfast was lovely, though the dining room a bit oddly laid out - to boil an egg you needed to squeeze past a table, for example. The room was small as expected but comfortable, clean. Beds lovely. Bathroom small but absolutely fine. The location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful.
